“Excellent Customer Service support! I had an issue creating an account, but it was quickly and easily resolved when I called Customer Service. My call was immediately answered by a “real” person at the company site, not a person at an offsite call bank , reading from a script. I wasn’t sent into oblivion waiting on hold, and the person who answered was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate immediately receiving information on how to care for my rug, remove stains, etc. Thank you for incredible assistance!”

“I had concerns ordering a rug online. Labor shortages, Covid-19 pressures, shifty online sites, etc... BUT RUGSDONERIGHT is legit!!! Outstanding customer service from the get go. I was considering ordering when RDR sent me a 20% off coupon. I had problems applying the discount. I called RDR and they did it for me and told me I would have it in less than 10 days. It came in about half that!!! Looks great and was 20% cheaper!!!”
