“Problems happen, but fortunately the folks at Rugs-Done-Right are as patient as i am. While we waited for offshore manufacturer to fulfill order, they were willing to accommodate my requests to re-bill the order. Oh... and the price was unbeatable, with a discount applied AFTER doing a price match. Last not least the rug is very high quality and we will be proud to have it in our home. Thanks to Jamie, Mary, and Heather!”
