“My rugs have arrived in a timely manner. They were well wrapped and easy to open. The quality is GREAT and so is the price. I am very happy with this company and their rugs. With the Corona Virus situation, I could not go out to shop and I really do not think I could have done better!”

“I have now purchased two 8 x 10 rugs from Rugs Done Right. On this last rug I needed some advice about how to coordinate it with the rest of my furnishings, and Jamie was a wonderful help, and always so prompt in getting back to me. One time I sent an e-mail on a weekend night and they got back to me within hours! Wasn't expecting that. This last rug has been a little long in getting to me, but everything is a little out of whack these crazy days and they never promised an early delivery. The first rug got to me super quickly. The women running this company are really on top of things!”

“The rug is even more beautiful than the photo, higher quality than I dared hope, and surprisingly inexpensive. It’s really dazzling! The sales people were prompt, patient, thorough, and facilitated extras (like rug pads) and a special order item quickly and smoothly. I’m delighted with the outcome, and found the whole experience very satisfying. Thanks so much!”
