“Vielen Dank für den tollen Service, auch wenn ich die Tasche doch nicht genommen habe, da ich doch eher ein anderes Modell/Muster bevorzuge. Ich habe mit Maxine und Olivier gesprochen, die beide sehr freundlich, sympathisch und verständnisvoll wegen meiner Rückgabe waren. Die gelieferte Tasche war in einem super Zustand und kam mit Box, Originalrechnung, ID Karte und Booklet an. Zudem war eine persönliche Karte von Saclàb danke, welche mich sehr gefreut hat. Ich werde auf jeden Fall öfter vorbeischauen und hoffe demnächst meine Traumtasche zu finden :). Saclàb kann ich nur empfehlen.”

“The purchase was very easy and it was as pictured and described:) My bag arrived in 3 working days but I did not receive any confirmation email about the shipment, so I was quite surprised when I got it. Taking into account the amount spent I would expect better quality of packaging, and I don't mean the original dustbag but the box in which my dream bag arrived:)”
