“Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner wirklich wunderschönen Tasche. Saclab macht auf mich einen sehr seriösen Eindruck. Da ich erst unsicher war eine so teure Tasche im Internet gebraucht zu kaufen, war die Professionalität von Saclab sehr beruhigend. Meine Tasche kam sauber und im genannten Zustand bei mir an. Laut Saclab werden die Taschen vor dem Versand noch einmal gesäubert, dass finde ich sehr gut...gebrauchte Dinge sind ja immer auch eine Hygienefrage und es ist angenehm zu wissen, dass man ein sauberes Produkt erhält. Ich würde jederzeit wieder eine Tasche bei Saclab kaufen. Hab mittlerweile auch einen Gutschein für eine professionelle Tasche nreinigung erhalten. Toller Service!”

The bag looked even better in person, it's so beautiful and I'm very happy with my purchase. Also the free spa-service is such a nice touch to your purchase. The pricing is very reasonable. “Impeccable packaging! And customer care was fast in replying and very kind. My only concern is I believe there should have been more pictures regarding the corners of the bag to see that they were mildly scuffed and also near the handle where there was some discoloration due to the clasps of the Kelly strap rubbing on the leather. Regardless, it is still in great condition! And I am extremely happy with my Kelly. Thank you saclab :) will definitely be shopping here again.”
