Had a new back door fitted but I couldn't lock it, spent three very frightened nights with the door unlocked! Someone came back to fix it but now it's very obvious that the glass is not clean inside the glass window part of the door, I feel as though I was fitted with a failure door! Made and found to be not a good standard, no worries - Safestyle will have it!

Arranged an appointment, had 7 phone calls prior to the appointment, one asking if I wanted to make an appointment when I already had. On the day of the appointment they were 20mins late so rang them and they then said they wouldn’t see me without my husband!! I will never deal with them again. They become a nuisance once they have your phone number!!

SHOCKING. Use safestyle if...you would like a tremendous weekly battle. Use safestyle if...you want your scaffolding up for 5 weeks (and counting) covering your £10k+ windows and doors. Use safestyle if...you want to have your scaffolding up earlier then arranged so that it blocks the skip you’ve arranged to be collected and then have to pay £50 out of your own pocket for because of a failed collection charge Use safestyle if... you want to call customer services and have REPEATED discussions about your issues, to be told ‘yes sir no sir 3 bags full sir’ yet every single time you call, without fail, MAGICALLY there are no notes on the system. Following week, ground hog day. Use safestyle if... you want to get the edging strips finished on your 10k windows, and you’ll be told someone one will call you to arrange a day....but you’ll never hear anything. Use safestyle if.... you want to get told (when you’ve payed your £10k of course) that it’s contractors that haven’t done the work so there is not a great deal they can do to help except offer you the name of the company and tell you to chase it yourself; then when you ask for the contact details, you aren’t allowed to be provided with the telephone number....well at least that’s one some of the operators say!!!! Use safestyle if... you want to start getting advice on contacting the ombudsman. Use safestyle if... you want nothing but daily dissatisfaction. If your planing on spending any less just imagine the service you’ll receive. I will keeping trying to contact safestyle in hopes to get my works completed and the scaffolding removed. Who knows how long this may take.

Appalling service. Salesman turned up midweek as arranged with a tablet he couldn’t log into because he’d been “off work sick”. He was unable to do any part of the process for quoting or showing or discussing any options. Ok, so technology can go wrong.... fast forward to Sunday afternoon at our newly arranged appointment time. Phone call received at the time of the appointment to say our salesman is running 20 minutes late. 40 minutes later we call the number we had received our call on and the man had no idea what we were talking about. 50 minutes after our appointment time our salesman turns up and makes no apology for his lateness. Out comes the tablet and, you guessed it, he can’t log in. After a short rant and a polite invitation to leave he finally gave a brief apology. I am fuming! Such a lot of precious time wasted 😡

Had 2 doors fitted 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems with them to a point that i have had the same engineer to my house 3 times. He told my wife that 1 out of 3 key cylinders we have with the doors is supposed to be wobbly. We have a stiff patio door and the first thing the engineer said to my wife is has she ever heard of WD40!!!!! But then he backtracked and said it was supposed to be stiff due to it being the main door. I think they need to find "engineers" that are more dedicated to their job rather than job a knock and heading to the pub

Very unhappy with Safestyle. They came in September 2018 to fit our windows at the back of the house, they got the kitchen window wrong and it had to be fitted again. They have fitted the back bedroom upstairs window but it only has one window opening instead of two and does not comply with Fire Safety Regulations. We are still waiting for this to be corrected. They left the windows with huge gaps where the bricks are and thought this was finished!! They came back 2 months later and plastered around the windows, but it looks like a child has done it, very messy and we have lots of plaster dust falling down from the window. We are also in the middle of a conservatory being fitted. They fitted the frames and doors and then fitted the roof but this was the wrong size - it was too big!! They took away the roof and left it open. At our suggestion we said it needs to have a roof otherwise we will have water instead of the conversatory! They didn't seem to have thought about this! We are still waiting for the right sized roof to be fitted, it is 3 weeks now., So far this job has taken 8 months and it is STILL NOT FINISHED!! I have written various emails to them and NOBODY EVER REPLIES. When you phone them, you either cannot get through or if you do, the person you need to speak to is never available, i.e. Isma from Conservatories Department. I would highly recommend to anyone NEVER to use this company.

Asked for a quote and they would only come if my husband was there. I explained we are both in agreement and he would be in the house but working. He said they wouldn’t just speak to me so I went somewhere local. Safestyle are sexist!!!

Asked for a quote but would only come if both me and my husband was there. I explained he would be in the house but working from home so doesn’t have time to listen to the jargon. We just want a quote and done ASAP but wouldn’t as wanted hubby there. Went somewhere local. Safestyle are sexist!!!!!

I ordered two doors, front door and patio doors costing over £4000. I came home expecting my new doors to look amazing(after all I had chosen a decent company or so I thought). They left the picture rail in place and fixed the plastic to it, the doors are not level, the plastic on the runner is to short, the front door was all marked and dirty, it looks second hand and they have not plaster around it. I phone customer service to be told by one lady I had to wait three weeks for someone to come out. I eventually got an appointment for 16 days time. A manège called me and said I have to wait that length off time. I said that they obviously don’t have the staff to meet the needs of their customers to be told I am just one customer. I was one important customer until they got my money. Now I am just one customer in a lie of many other customers that have paid a lot of money for a shabby job. I would not recommend Safestyle UK to my worst enemy let alone a friend.

Had the misfortune of having my windows fitted yesterday. They left with all the windows dirty, taken the bays out but did not clean the area before they installed the new ones and the mastic well I think a 5 year old could have made a better job of it. The workman even left details of how much each of them had been paid for the work which was booked for 2 - 3 days and completed in 1!!! Called first thing today only to be told they cannot come out until next Tuesday 9th and when asked to speak to a manager again they may call me back between 4-6 today or may be tomorrow. Not good enough! I have paid a huge amount of money for these windows for a job not to be completed yesterday as promised. I was not at home yesterday to sign the paperwork to agree that I was happy with the work (which it clearly states has to be signed by myself) but today I have been told as my husband signed they have been paid so the fitters are not interested anymore even though they did not complete the works correctly. Bad finish, bad company and even worse Customer Service. I will not be recommending this company to anyone that I know.

This company has gone Bankrupt several times under various trading names including Neo developments & Safe Glaze. I ordered windows with them and paid the cash deposit to be left out of pocket when they didn't turn up 4 weeks later when they were filed for bankruptcy again. Avoid them or you will be ripped off too.

Got told on the phone get a free quote, won’t get pressured into paying right here right now, wanted to get a few quotes to compare etc, but as soon as I said I want to think about it as I’m been gifted this money, and it’s a lot of money to pay for windows and door, the sales man just got up and left, left himself straight out, and as I was asking do you get an email with the quote, he said no we don’t email you. And that was it, had no interest as I wasn’t prepared to make payment there and then! This is not a customer experience! And will not be recommending to family and friends especially in the job I work in because I deal with 100’s of customer on a day to day basis. Good bye!

It was like rogue traders. Fuy turned up, showed us puppy photos and talked about himself. He gave us a price of £3100 for a bew front door. We told him we had been quoted £1200 to £1800 by other companies and we wouldnt have gone higher that £2000. He rang his instulation team who had a space in our area on 4th April and if we book today it would be £1996. Booking is £100 to reserve slot. Cowboys! He then rang back his office when we refused to pay £100. The office guy said what really they dont want the discount? No we dont. We want a good company with one real price.

Phoned Safestyle to arrange a quotation. Didn’t expect an inquisition regarding my marital status & insistence that my partner had to be present during the visit despite the fact I own my house outright. Astonishingly off-putting approach. Can only assume it’s to avoid the ‘I’ll need to talk to my husband before making a decision’ situation when they’re pushing the hard sell. Unsurprisingly, decided not to bother with them.

So saw an advert on my Facebook page and thought I’d love to change our front door .... left my details and someone called me back tonight but because my husband will have an input he needs to be there ?! Ok you’d think but ........he works in Qatar, hhhmmm makes no difference it seems ha so Paul to get a door from safe style you have to spend £800 on a flight home 😂😂😂😂😂 whatever safestyle I’ll go somewhere else !

I filled an online enquiry for a new front door. Was rung by an agent to make an appt, however they would only make an appt if my husband would be present. I explained that I do not need my husband present to buy a door as it’s 2019! Will not be buying from them.

Would not buy from them. Person knocked on the door to see if we would be interested. Said we had no plans to change our windows but took leaflet just to finish the conversation. I have since had 6 phone calls, where I have told them we are not going to change our windows, had the last call today where I explained the same (and I was not rude) and he put the phone down on me mid conversation, which I thought was very rude, so if and when we are changing our windows, it certainly won't be with Safestyle...they must be very desperate for work to keep calling and not taking no for an answer...
