I have contents insurance with them, and I moved house late August. Remembered at the beginning of October to change address with them. They replied a few weeks later asking some questions, which I replied with the answers. I have heard nothing since. It is now December, and I have just asked for an update for the second time, and my address is still not changed. I will have to cancel if they don't sort it out this time. I presume that although I am paying the premium each month, that I am actually not covered since they have the wrong address.

I got a good deal when taking out my SAGA car insurance policy for the 1st time - but when i changed my car to one in a lower insurance group (16 down to 10) I was quoted an extra £190 for the remaining 11 months cover - almost 50% on top of the cost of the original insurance! When I queried this I was simply told SAGA don't use the usual insurance groups - not at all satisfactory. in addition waiting times to get through to their call centre were too long

What I was quoted on the comparison website (the reason I choose Saga) and what they eventually charged me were a little different - like about 300%! It was too late to de-select so I just put up with it - with a sure and certain promise to myself I would never have dealings with Saga again, ever.

They put my previous car details on the new policy of my new car with no paperwork I assumed when they said we’ve got your details I thought they’d got them from the updated application-I was stoped by the police for driving with no insurance-after paying saga for one years fully comp car insurance DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Beware Saga do not tell you in their documentation who provides their windscreen replacement service. You only find out when you phone to make an appointment to have your windscreen replaced and discover that it will be 7 days or more because Saga do not use AutoGlass but instead use Auto Windscreens. The excess is £75 but the delay means that this is a company that is not well resourced. I would not choose Auto Windscreens and I shall not renew with Saga.

Charges for changing insurance to a crutitsy car charges high. Not helpful on phone with garage we wanted to fix car .as result we paid for do ing car ourselves.

Had a quote then when I took out the insurence it was about £200 more than the quote Will defo change companies next year

Yearly boiler service, needed 2 seals.Closed my boiler down no heat no hot water for 16 days.,!!!!! Only reason I’ve gone back with Saga,I’m waiting for a reply to my 6 page letter sent to the managing director 2 weeks ago, as yet not a word.!!!

You wait up to half an hour for a response to a telephone call to make a booking...and so far 2 days to see whether they have been able to confirm my booking. One of THE worst travel companies for phone booking.

I recently took out Saga Home insurance to start on 5 July 2017 policy no. 992558257. The premier policy included home and heating emergency cover plus an annual boiler service. An email letter from Saga dated 30 June 2017 advised me to contact 'phone no. 08000271342 to arrange the boiler service. I rang the number and was told to call the correct number 08000923288 which I did only to be told that this was not the correct number, I in fact need to call 03300241259. As it was I was transferred by the operator on the previous wrong number however the new operator advised me that she did not deal with boiler service and I need to call 08009047509. By this time I was somewhat fed up, to put it mildly and was on the point of cancelling the policy. But not one to yield to corporate inefficiency I spotted another number on the Saga letter that dealt with 'any queries concerning your policy' I called this number (08000569051) explained to the operator the above frustrations to which she said 'no worries' a statement I was forced to disagree with, and said she would contact Axa. After several minutes the operator got back to me and confirmed that incorrect information was in the original letter and Axa had the boiler service booking and would soon contact me. This unnecessary shambles should not have occurred, it has left me in a position wondering if I have made the right decision in choosing Saga to insure my house and property.

Because the quoted premium was ridiculously high I did not proceed with the Insurance Policy. I found a MUCH better deal with both Aviva and Admiral. Very disappointed with Saga.

3 weeks a go had collision with my car, rang to report. told to go to arepairer .their choice.did not like repairer.to this I never heard aword from them.very very unhappy with saga
