“"Saga's customer service is quite efficient and friendly, but when I needed to cancel the policy, because I had sold the car, the cancellation fee was so high that I might as well not have bothered cancelling, as I ended up paying for the rest of the term that the policy had to run anyway!\r\nI won't be insuring with Saga again."”
