“"Saga's customer service is quite efficient and friendly, but when I needed to cancel the policy, because I had sold the car, the cancellation fee was so high that I might as well not have bothered cancelling, as I ended up paying for the rest of the term that the policy had to run anyway!\r\nI won't be insuring with Saga again."”

“"Saga insurance is a quality company and I would recommend. Never had to claim on my insurance because I don\u2019t do many miles these days.my wife and me only go shopping \ud83d\uded2 or once a year go on holiday in this country. So I\u2019ve decided to take the saga insurance because they promised it wouldn\u2019t go up in price for 3 years which you can\u2019t say fairly than that."”

“"Recently had a problem using the online facility to make a change to the policy. Called the helpdesk and they were absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue in a really fast and friendly way. No idea why this Go.Compare insisted I review the food though - there wasn't any, it is car insurance. So I put average"”
