“"Been on Saga holidays many times - tney seem OK on Europena long stay holidays in winter. But on recnt trip to Canada we paid \u00a31500 each for seat upgrade - THEY DIDNT EVEN GET US 2 SEATS NEXT TO EACH OTHER - so maybe long haul is not their forte\r\ncompaned mabe a coiupe of months ago - still no resolution.\r\n\r\n "”

“"Had a few issues regarding incorrect dates\/times, whilst trying to source documents too enable excess refund.\r\nsome earlier issues regarding a new staff member recording my motor incident, In fairness Saga apologised & forwarded a\r\ngift.\r\nI would use Saga again , without any hesitancy we are all capable of minor slip-ups, & I thought the way it was handled was \r\nvery professional."”

“"Insurers sell promises and that's what policyholders, including me, are buying. \r\nIn the event of a claim, I would judge the insurer on how they deal with it and how their promises are kept.\r\nNot having made a claim, I don't know - although if I do, I'm keeping my fingers crossed all will be fine!"”
