“Saga site was easy to navigate and a competitive quote was given quickly. We took the option to guarantee the price for the following two years as we thought the quote was good and insurance doesn’t normally get cheaper each year!”

“I changed my car midway through the policy for a similar one and was shocked at the increase in price difference even more so they quoted what the renewal premium would be which was worse. They also wanted to auto renew and I had to be quite firm to stop them doing that.”

“On receipt of my house insurance renewal I was extremely disappointed to see that the premium had risen by over 30% Discussion suggested the premium could be reduced by by omitting certain cover areas however, as no claim had been made over the last 12 months I decided to go to a cheaper provider”
