“Marco Polo trip to Iceland 12th - 24th October 2019. Trip well organised, ship very clean crew amazing how hard the restaurant & cabin staff work. They were a pleasure to meet. VIP transport very good Tom outward bound & Simon back home were brilliant. Unfortunately an outbreak of Norovirus tender to spoil things. The hygiene procedures on the ship seemed to my Wife & I as being first class. Most likely brought aboard by a passenger.”

“The policy was very cheap when I took it it but went up dramatically at the end of the first year. As a cheap policy was still displayed for new customers I queried this and was told there 'was nothing they could do'; that having proved myself a good customer I was to be penalised. So I cancelled the renewal and took out a new policy with saga at the lower rate. This seems ridiculous to me.”
