Don't use saga for building insurance. My roof was badly damaged by named storm Darragh. Rain now seeping in to ceiling and walls creating black mould because it's been three weeks since my claim and the surveyor they use hasn't even phoned for an appointment. Despite numerous complaints still nothing . They even suggested i get a roofer to do a temporary job at my cost !! .Avoid.

Unfortunately now their prices are rip off I have been a customer of Saga car insurance as a two car family for 13 years but I'm absolutely shocked in the last two years the way Saga have massively increased their prices to the extent that they are no longer anywhere near price comparative in the market. Today for example they have sent my car renewal which is 25% more than last year and almost double what I can get it for for exactly the same thing on God only knows how many companies on the comparison sites. I would encourage everybody to check their premiums for Saga very closely in the future because I'm sure you will find that their pricing has gone crazy and you can get it so much cheaper almost anywhere else these days. Very disappointing they have now joined the realms of being a rip-off company. So for me is goodbye Saga forever. Date of experience: 21 December 2024

I'll never forget the day my trust was shattered. I had entrusted this platform with my life savings, believing their promises of security and growth. But when I needed my money most, they locked me out, leaving me feeling utterly helpless and betrayed. The emotional toll was crippling – anxiety, stress, and sleepless nights consumed me. But I refused to give up. Thankfully, a beacon of hope emerged in the form of rerevert.com* Their expert team guided me through the darkest of times, and with their help, I was finally able to recover $205,000. I'm still healing from the ordeal, but I'm grateful for a second chance. My hope is that others can learn from my experience and avoid similar heartache.

I have been with saga home insurance for the last two years, with a 3 year lock on the premium of £361.92 . In January 2024 I had a claim for a broken screen on my tv. Saga paid out £240 towards a new TV. At the time I asked the Lady dealing with the claim if my premium would be increased because of the claim and I was advised that the premium would remain at £361.92 for the third year. I have just received my renewal for the third year at £494.07. An increase of £132.15 because of a £240 claim. So if you are with Saga on a locked premium for 3 years just bear in mind, that if you have a claim Saga will increase your premium by more than 50% of your claim and tell you the premium will only stay the same if you don't claim for anything, no matter how small the claim is. Another insurance company that is out to rip you off. Makes you wonder if it's worth having insurance.

After 9 years with no claims made on my home insurance I was shocked when I received my renewal documents. Having paid around £400 last year SAGA have more than doubled this years premium - over £900! Absolutely disgusted. Goodbye SAGA.

This is the most money grabbing fraudster in the world . Deals mainly with 50’s and over. Increases this year for 2 nd year running over and above . They say their cover is superior but most people could do without the extras and pay a lot less . From years ago ,people think they are an insurance company, they are a broker with limited choices of companies . We are really pleased to say goodbye. They tried telling my wife who doesn’t have her licence through ill health that she could still stay on the policy without a license to keep the premiums down. ( they had added over £220 ) when she came off the policy. fortunately she was aware she could not be on the policy without a license .Disgusted.

My mother asked me to check her house insurance renewal from Saga. Last year £193. This year £788. No claims. 20+ years no claims. I phoned expecting an error from Saga as the insurers fir the elderly. No error! Operator had been told to say that costs had increased this year and repeated this several times even when I told him that his arguement was not valid and this was not an increase but a multiplication of nearly 4. Apparently he has dealt with many similar calls recently!! When did Saga start taking advantage of 80 year olds? I am contacting Financial Ombudsman in the morning as there must be older customers on automatic renewal that get caught out by this. Appalling!! I will never deal with this company again.

I received an on-line quote from Saga for home insurance. It seemed good so I telephoned to accept it and paid over the phone. A few days later I found out that Saga had charged me several hundred pounds more than the original quote. I raised a complaint but, two weeks later, no one has bothered to get back to me. In view of this I have cancelled my home insurance and, incidentally, not renewed my travel insurance with them. Extremely disappointed and will not use Saga again.

Bolela was very helpful in helping me to renew my car insurance today. He looked at all the options to reduce the very high costs. Thank you for your patience. You're a credit to Saga.

As a 40-year-old computer scientist, I delved into freelance work to supplement my income. Seeking additional streams of revenue, I turned to cryptocurrency trading as a side hustle. Initially, it seemed promising, and I invested $150,000 in Bitcoin with an investor I trusted. After a few months of successful trading, I decided to escalate my investment to $350,000. However, my world came crashing down when the company abruptly went out of business, leaving me stranded with significant financial losses. It was a devastating blow, and I felt helpless and betrayed. In my quest for justice and restitution, I confided in a family friend, who recommended The theresachin recovery group to me. I gave it some thought before deciding to get in touch with theresachin recovery group, whose work had great feedback and endorsements. Their professionalism and promptness really pleased me, and they offered me hope by thoroughly explaining the recuperation process. After she recovered everything for me, I Was more than willing to review the fantastic work she did. The theresachin recovery group is a great resource for any fraud victim looking for assistance in recovering their lost cryptocurrency or funds.
