“Insurance as good as can be expected. when I take the compulsory excess payment into account I have NO COVER on my car should it be damaged by vandals, theft, or fire. Had to accept insurance for less than the cost I made for the car. To be realistic it gives me LEGAL insurance to be on the road and nothing more.”

“No trouble so far and excellent customer service when I had to make a claim. Car replacement was delivered to me and my car was taken in for repair at the same time.
Repair which was quite substantial took about 7 working days and was returned to me and the hire car taken back at the same time. I did not have to travel anywhere or do anything as everything was taken care of from my address.
Saga were one of the cheapest quotes but I am very impressed with the service so far. You do have to be over 50 to apply though.
I just hope they do not increase the premium too much when next renewal comes around but time will tell.
