“The delivery service is the worst in the whole earth. I ordered my shop the night before due to arrive morning next day. They sent me a message very early in the morning saying everything was on board. They kept me waiting the whole morning...I called the service and they said the driver was round the corner. The shop arrived but nothing of what I ordered was there. Such a random shop came in with lots of things of the same kind... Never gonna buy online through Sainsbury’s.”

Yesterday on 24/10/2019 about 6pm I had popped into Sainsbury’s to check my lottery ticket.I Had given them my ticket to checking the machine and when they placed it inside it showed that I had one a lucky dip.After that,Lady who working there asked if I want my lucky dip for Wednesday or Saturday.I said Saturday.Right after I said that,she whispered to her colleague "is she for real".As a customer that made me feel upset.How staff who assisting a customer can make any comments about the customer in front of customer.I did not like the way I was treated or spoken too.Then,she tells me that the machine is jammed so I just say okay and leave with my tickets.I was not sure if she gave me the right tickets back, so I went back and asked her.When I put the ticket down and I explained to her why I m back,she slammed her hand onto the table and took the tickets to check if they were right.Her attitude towards me was disgusting.After checking if they were right,she comes back and just throws the ticket onto the table.I did not understand the reason behind her actions.I grabbed my tickets and left.Before leaving I told her that the way I was spoken to and the way I treated was unacceptable.She the decided to shout across the store "yeah,yeah"and then she mumbled stuff to her colleague.I was very disappointed and I will never be going back to that Sainsbury’s again.Alo I will tell to people if they would like to be treated like I was treated they should avoid this Sainsbury’s.
Sainsbury’s Management should provide to them staff CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

“1st time. They queried by payment saying it wasn't accepted when it had gone through my bank process of authentication before order was finally placed. Then I was charged twice for same order and had to contact them for refund!!! 2nd time. About 3 hours before delivery was due had a message to say due to unforeseen circumstances they couldn't deliver my order. Now I have to wait for a refund because money has been taken!!!! Appalling service”
“Dates are so short on fresh food that I found it impossible to do a weeks worth of shopping......wha has happened been shopping here for years. I am now using aldi and lidl getting good dates and quality food at better prices than yours. Bye bye sainsburys”
“Sainsbury’s Hornchurch. After complaining about the smel in the men’s . Two years ago, no improvement s can be seen , apart from the deodoriser has been taken down from the wall. Over the last 20 years I have been shopping at Tesco, which is 3 miles further awAy, why , because either you run out of stock or no choice. Then I have to go to Tesco to get all the items you ran out of, it seems the bakery doesn’t hold enough stock to last the day, most of us work so we can’t buy bakery items in the morning. Many other stores continue to improve and renew counters and freezers to get more stock in the stores. I have been told that you have trouble in your warehouses and distribution and this needs to improve before we loose Sainsbury’s pity 150 years and the flame is going out. Keith Tunkin”
“I think sainsburys money grabbers , I understand about getting rid of plastic bags but I can't understand why if you want to buy loose onions or carrots there is no bags there only 30p bags there , yet in other supermarkets they have paper bags free of charge, and only to get to sainsburys check asking if you want carry bag which is PLASIC so don't get it”

I also thank you for your decision not to sell fireworks... I have always had dogs (black labradors) who have all been total terrified by fireworks....

“Ordered delivery waited in until 11pm and went to bed. Phoned in and told I had to pick up as they don't redeliver. If I could pick up a large order I wouldn't wait in for a delivery. Waited 25 mins for help dept. Pathetic service especially as they don't have a redelivery service organised for when a driver goes home early”
“On our recent visit to Hempstead Valley Sainsbury’s, we wanted to buy loose Brussels sprouts but couldn’t find the plastic bags to put them in. On enquiring, we were told that they no longer provide these bags and that we would have to purchase a reusable bag (30p).
While we agree with reducing plastic use, we object to having to buy a reusable (plastic) bag.
Why can’t we have a paper bag, made from recycled paper, which can then be recycled again.”
“Their range of 35 minute meals are absolute vile. Had the beef stroganoff and Beef Bourguignon. Both were disgusting. Big pieces of very fatty beef, strange tasting sauce and with the stroganoff a bag of watery orange snot. No way enough for two people either. It ended up in the bin, what a waste!
Also, Sainsburys Heyford Hill (don't know about their other shops) is turning more and more into the champion of the empty shelves and unstaffed tills forcing you to use the self check out with cameras which can actually read your credit card details if you aren't carefull.”

What have they done to their taste the difference ready meal. It was just horrible slushy mushy with hardly any mince and tasted of nothing a total waste of money - they need to change the recipe back to the old one - I will never buy their ready meals again and sadly have two in the freezer still

“Went to sainsburys trinity Wakefield and purchased a pack of 22 mini cheese & onion rolls. We have just tried a few and they are mostly just pastry, where is the cheese & onion. Even states made with tangy cheddar. Really sorry but I won't be buying these again as they are bland and dry.”
“I went through the self service till at the Horsham shop. As I left I realised I hadn't got my parking ticket stamped. I saw an assistant going towards the parking machine in the self scan section just at that second so I went in and asked that she did mine. She asked me for my receipt - the tills don't print one unless you select it (which I didn't know about) so she refused. As I walked into there the alarm went off so she started going through my trolley. I protested that my pacemaker was the cause. No manners she just carried on in front of loads of people treating me like a shoplifter. I went to the customer services and the lady there did my ticket for me after getting me a proper receipt too. Sod them I will never go in there again”
