“Sainsbury gave my cousin a job when he and his family could not cope. He had four mouths to feed. I also told them off and they gave me £10. in a voucher. They are the most friendliest people I can find the stores are really clean and any problems are sorted out as fast as grease lightening. My home is filled with Sainsbury. The only one jib I have is that there are not enough of them.”
“I have visited the New Sainsbury's in Nine Elems, found this a very large store.
Very spacious, has almost everything you could possibly think of.
Good undercover car parking with security, very large lifts to main store.
I have never met an assistance, on floor or check-out to un-helpful.
However on my last visit, Julie on check out really went out of her way to be so polite,
friendly, with cheerful personality.
Check-out has always been exceptionally quick.
This store also has a restaurant, Argos in store, baby and baby changing & disable facilities.”
“Bought several items at Sainsbury's Online which were advertised at discounted prices however they charged me full price. Upon raising this with their online customer service desk (including screenshots of the advertised price), they initially denied that the products were discounted. After questioning this further they then agreed the price was wrong but didn't bother to refund the difference despite promising. Very unprofessional!”
“The Bridgwater branch of Sainsburys is really good, it has the most helpful and friendly staff of any supermarket including other Sainsburys. I have lived and shopped all over the world and all over the Uk and never had such a positive shopping experience as in the Bridgwater store. “My friend and I were in store this afternoon and went to the restaurant for a snack. Food (baked potatoes) were very good. Well presented. Above all was the excellent customer care of all staff in the cafe. In particular a young lady named Amanda who took our order and money. Nothing was a problem for her she was very pleasant and took the time to talk to us and ask how were. Not very often these days that we as pensioners are afforded such lovely service. Please say a special thank you for making our trip to sainsburys a pleasant experience.”

“I went into the portswood sainsburys looking to buy cookies but ones that aren't too crumbly or crunchy and a nice lady helped me choose which ones would be the best soft chewy ones, and recommended triple chocolate ones. They were 10/10”
“ordered black De Longhi kettle and toaster on line, when delivered black kettle and WHITE toaster, husband in for delivery so he sent the WHITE toaster back and kept the kettle. I rang customer services when I arrived home and spoke to a very nice man who organised for the manager of the store to drop off toaster on his way home, as they had just had another delivery, the toaster was delivered within the hour , wonderful service. My only gripe is that when you order and pay for something on line it is still left on the shelves and any one could buy it ,then you get something else in its place, no the most efficient way for on line orders, I was lucky as there was a new delivery, but would not have been too happy if there was not.”
“I visit my local store regularly and find the staff on all departments extremely helpful. The other day i made a visit to the customer service desk to return an item, which to my dismay had lost it's tag! The lady explained the policy and i was refered to a very polite and friendly member of the clothing department called Chris. She then inturn spoke to her boss and gladly gave me a credit for the item,of which i was extremely grateful as i had also lost my receipt.The other members of staff on the desk included,Karen and Lynn whom were extremely helpful and friendly too. I would therefore like to say that as a customer are all so quick to complain, but even less likely to praise the ones who deserve it. So "thank you to you all" at The Galleries Washington branch for always making my day!”
