“A couple weeks ago I order some hair products. At the moment of the checkout I choose to include a surprise gift. And the system charged me an additional $20. When I received the packet I only got what I ordered. I did not received any additional product as a " gift". It was a scam. The surprise gift if that they stole my money. I would never trust, recommend or buy again here.”

“I always shop here with confidence as I know the product and service is top notch. As busy as our shop is my wife had me do the ordering again and this time I completely failed when I purchased a case of wrong product. The staff was very helpful & knowledgeable and assisted right away with a return, however a snag in completing the form for USA hindered progress. I emailed the staff and they corrected this immediately but, my wife opened the case and a guest noticed it and wanted it. The high quality of items sold sell very quickly at a great price point for professional products. Needless to say we no longer needed a return but instead ordered more.”

“My purchase HAS NOT arrived 23 days after it was confirmed to be dispatched. I will be requesting a refund. Update: To the credit of the company I received a no-quibble refund. I live in New Zealand and the products did eventually arrive after a few months but I had already repurchased them elsewhere. I cannot be sure where the problem lies - it is likely to be outside the control of Salon Wholesale, so this should not necesarily reflect poorly on them.”
