wrong goods sent despite placing telephone order - no answer on telephone customer care line for several days . Very disappointed

Sorry but for the first time ,I was not happy with my purchase as u sent me a Grey tunic instead off Pink …I was very disappointed as can’t wear it .

Sizes of tunics not true to size most probably due to being an outlet. Had to return my purchase having to pay postage. Then received my refund still had to pay taxes which was £6.80 even though didn't keep goods. Proper rip off would never buy from this company again.

Hi Poppy, your item was dispatched on the 6th December but unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing significant delays. I have sent you your tracking number via email so as you can keep an eye on when your parcel will arrive. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Still haven’t received one of my items when I ordered it on 27th september, purchased another item and paid extra for express delivery which should of only taken 3 days to arrive but took 6 days. Items sizes aren’t the best, I had to order a 16 when I am usually a size 12. Will be asking for money back from item I still haven’t received and will be sending the one I did receive as it just doesn’t fit very well. Waste of time and money.

Unfortunately I received the wrong tunic, given the wrong colour. The sizing is very big. I ordered a size 8 but is more like a size 10. Very thick material. Very expensive compared to other companies. I will be returning the item.

Supposed to arrive a day before i was travelling & arrived the day afteer i left. They Will be going to the charity shop

I have bought a few of the same style and size of tunics from yourselves, but the cuts are different and sizing, and the colour keeps running when washed several times

These were very poor. They say that they are anti-fog but steamed up as soon as you put them on. Very disappointed

very disappointed:( my order arrived with delay, the quality and fit was poor and return was complicated. I had to fill in a form with my address and bank details...and I had to pay for both delivery and return myself??!! I shop online all the time from many different retails but NEVER had to pay for both delivery and return myself.. This company is such a rip off.

Hi Mina I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your tunic. I can see you placed your order on the 18th September and it was dispatched on the 23rd September. 3-5 delivery is from the date of dispatch so apologies for any miss communication. We currently do not offer free returns or exchanges but this is something we are hoping to look into in the near future. Regards Laura

Asked for a size uk8 as I’m small made and got sent a 38 which looks like a 5 man tent on me , the tunic itself was lovely tho pitty it’s just lying there going to waste.

Crikey where to start!!! Placed order on the 2nd July it’s now the 17th still not receive my order. I contacted on Monday to which the they dispatched my order or so they said. Now Saturday and still not arrived. No tracking number nothing…! Very disappointed with the service and will be contacting my bank on Monday. Needed uniform for the new starters and this is costing me money! Really unhappy and no I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. Hopeless and dysfunctional

I have ordered a tunic, on the 11th of June, and it’s 6th of July and still heard nothing about my tunic. Think after waiting for over 3 weeks they would contact me about my tunic. Send them an email last weak and heard nothing. Hope they will eventually get back to me but I still think it’s ridiculous that they still haven’t contacted me when I paid for the delivery.
