“I’ve recently ordered a phone case from here in which I was sent the wrong phone case, following this I have contacted your email, Facebook messenger and Instagram for an exchange or refund and I still haven’t heard anything. This has been over two weeks now”
“Ordered my phone case on the 3rd of June and it had supposedly been shipped on the 9th of June. It’s now the 25th of June and there’s no sign of it. Not expecting it to be delivered at all to be honest!!”

“If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I ordered a case in the wrong size and I have held my hands up and admitted my mistake however I am 7 months pregnant! I emailed and asked to swap it for the right size and i got a response saying it was no problem! The case came in the original wrong size! I emailed and got told they were replacing it! The second case came in the original wrong size again! I asked for a refund and they said they were going to give it to me but it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing! Absolute scam of a company with nothing but idiots working for it!”
