Very poor, over 3 weeks and still no product. Shipping company they use is a joke. Won’t be shopping here again

Hi Ashely, I'm so sorry to hear this. I've had a look into your order and can see that this is being delivered to regional WA. Due to the lithium battery in the scooter, they cannot travel via air freight. The ETA on the order was 06/12. I can see that this has arrived in WA. Super happy with my purchase! I would have purchased my daughters e-scooter from you also but there were none in stock. The young man working on sunday at your Robina about 2 months ago was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly! Will definitely be back!

A little disappointing. Ordered my scooter 2 weeks ago and I've received no updates on the where-abouts yet. Accidentally ordered as delivery and called shortly after and they refused to switch it to click and collect. Warehouse said 'its already packed and set aside for delivery'. Ask for some compensation and they said I've used the $70 off discount when purchasing the scooter. As of now, my scooter is lost somewhere in transit as neither the courier or the company can locate where it is. 🤔

I purchased my item over two weeks ago . I am in Sydney australia and my scooter has still not arrived. I don’t even know where my scooter is.

Hi Safak, I'm sorry for the delay in this delivery! As the scooter has a lithium battery, it needs to be sent via road, not air. I can see that this was delivered on 9th December, so I do hope that you're loving the new scooter! Thanks, Tianna

I visited Scooter hut a year ago and was impressed with them, so though I was prompted by seeing a competitor's ad, Scooter hut's superior customer service had me go straight back to them. And I loved my purchase

One hoverboard worked. The second hoverboard would not retain its charge. I've asked the recipient to contact the nearest Scooter Hut in Melbourne. I'm waiting to see whether she gets the problem rectified. It was not fit for purpose.
