“On 2nd carpet this year, 1st a line fault, cost us time & money, c/s was non existent at Coventry store! Now this carpet which cost nearly 1000.00 looks as though been down years! Now having problems again trying to sort it. No one wants to know. Got the money, now go away attitude! Phone put down on me while still talking. Nigel obviously never had c/s training!! Save your money, go anywhere but SCS!!!!”
