Bought 2 sofas 14th January. Expected delivery 26th April! Disposed of original sofas to make room. Then tx to say delivery delayed, not in their depot till 9th May! Another delivery date set for 13th May. Road closed at Chelmarsh but Highley fully open. No delivery again!! Another date set for today 15th May, I’m not holding my breath!! Telephone system abominable, also email system. You just can’t get an answer. Shop staff got the patter for these situations. I’m a pensioner and have had nowhere to sit for a month now. The stress and hassle is unbearable. If you’ve any sense, don’t touch them with a barge pole!!! 😡😡😡

My suite from SCS delivered 17 April 2025, so disappointed. I have tried to contact them on several occasions and had no response. The suite in the shop looked lovely and so well made. Got rid of our old sofas for this.

Ordered 2 sofas on January 19th estimated delivery was March 21st emailed on April 8th she said same delivery date but it could go 4 weeks over. Text message April 14th delivery for April 19th, as Easter had to rearrange to April 25th waited NO spas delivered. We are now May 8thSCS got my money and sofas and we’ve been sat in garden chairs until a loan sofa was delivered! Have now requested a full refund as SCS in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 for failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after agreed deadline. I now treat my contract with SCS as terminated so demand a full refund!

We are still waiting for our order to be completed five months after delivery date. Our order was delivered in December with the incorrect footstool and five months down the line they keep pushing back delivery. It's very hard to get hold of anyone and when you do they just tell you the computer says it will be in on X date, only for then that date to come and go time and time again. Seriously the worst company we've ever had to deal with, avoid at all costs. We've had to engage with the ombudsman it has been that bad.

They will not ring you back and once you are in the system you cannot hold on for them to answer your call

Can’t thank Kevin and Alison enough for the amazing service choosing my new sofa. Italian coffee and measuring tape to keep as well. Store looks amazing and smells amazing, products best quality on the market and I looked in every furniture store so thank you for everything.

I have given them 1 star because I don't have the option to give zero Had problems with my sofa from day 1 Yes they did send an engineer out who said it wasn't a mechanical problem but my recliner still sits an inch lower than the seat next to it. The whole sofa is is pants non of the cushions line up, the seat I sit on is divorced and gone out of shape even though it's supposed to be stung and was assured it wouldn't misshaped and I have only had it 4 months I have sent them 10 emails with no reply, but I will send them 1 every day until they answer me, plus it will make my case a lot better when I take them to the financial ombudsman because what they have sold me is far from the one I saw in the shop, to tell you the truth the one I got rid of was far better than this new one So just be aware when you buy something from SCS and you have a problem they aren't the best at communicating

I have been given a delivery date which I am not available I tried to ring the customer service number pressed 1 as instructed and requested a call back that was ar 9.30 am at 6 still no call back disgusting

Appauling customer service..100% no means of speaking to a customer service rep on same day as you call. You are advised to press 1, and they will get bk to you. This is ALWAYS 24hrs later..the delivery status on your tracker states one date and there is no pre evening txt containing the delivery link..please do not use this company..They suck the life out of the enjoyment of getting a new sofa..please,please.. go elsewhere and get something in writing about customer service and actually speaking with someone the same day as you call..Whole experience has been awful n i'm still awaiting a delivery text for a sofa due today..

Ordered the sofa in January and paid in full with delivery in March. The date has been changed for the 2nd time for delivery into their distribution centre. No one answers the phone, and no one gives a straight answer. I would advise that you go elsewhere for a sofa than this bunch of cowboys!

First off salesman ordered WRONG colour…….in upstairs sofa reclining chair footstool. Long delays in delivery, kept changing dates. Sofa upstairs very poor quality, material puckered, back of sofa different heights, was told the ottoman had storage…it has NOT! Downstairs reclining chair material has stretched and puckered and material has bobbled. Spent a fortune ( to use ) with scs and I bitterly regret doing so. My advice DONT shop here.

Don't buy from scs one repair inches first year and needing a second one which they want to charge £75 pounds for. The springs aren't covered after a year so don't sit on your sofa because that's what will fail. I have a 4 seater corner sofa that only 2 ppl can now sit on. DONT BUY

Purchased from SCS due to supposed quality of this furniture. How wrong was that decision. £5000 pounds worth of inferior quality furniture. present one, after two years. upholstery base and back lost all support in parts, patches. Now twoyears old . Big waste of money. Had a previous leather suite from DFS for 15 yrs (Not LA Z-boy) now passed on and still in good condition. Obviously LA Z- boy furniture not the quality it supposedly was

Would give a zero if I could!! My 79 year old mam ordered a sofa on 4th jan and a couple of weeks ago received an email and text confirming delivery date as 24th March… it even named her deliver drivers! When she received her timeslot I got her old suite removed that day to make room for the new one. It never turned up! We have contacted every day and every day on the rare occasion when we have managed to get through we have been promised a call back with an update. Unfortunately, despite ringing and emailing we are still awaiting an update. In the meantime my poor mam is sitting on a garden chair. ScS customer service has to be the worst we have ever encountered! We can’t even get to speak to someone to get a refund!! They were very happy to take her money but not provide the goods!

Delivery late rang 17 times in two weeks sent 4 emails to customer services which they did not respond to received two phone calls The girls i spoke to where very helpful and arranged a full refund I bought sofa on 3 jan and a delivery date of 17 march was expected . The person who sold me the settee no longer works in the store I had no help with my problem from the store manager I would not recommend anyone to purchase from scs their after sales service is awful and so stressful A sales assistant told me that the settee was coming from Vietnam

I have recieved my sofa.. which has several issues. Call the number all day no one answers. E mail .. no one replies or acknowledges your issue. Quick to take your money but not interested of you have an issue or need help. Pathetic.

AVOID. very poor service and quality of goods. ordered 2 carpets. 1 never turned up. the other has had to be replaced in places after 18 months. and inadequate fitting of carpet has contributed to its wear/lifting at joins, doorways etc. Shop staff make promises on delivery times that they know the factory cannot meet. Then you get no support. Customer support appalling. dates ignored, no apology, no communications, takes a lot of work to get a refund and starts to affect your mental health

Useless Delivery arranged. Booked the day off. Watched the van in the tracker go past my town, and then go back the other way. Only to then get a text at 15:00 saying the delivery would not be completed No explanation and customer services were completely useless Avoid at all costs. Truly terrible company
