The worst ever uncomfortable suite we have ever bought. Even my guests cant get comfy and continue to slide of it. The service was very good when we bought it but we havent contacted them over this matter.

Avoid This Company At All Costs !!!!!!!!! ScS do not deserve any stars at all. Bought my 3 seater sofa in November 2019, and after a few weeks a small hole appeared at the back of safa, which got worse over time, with the wooden bracket protruding through. I complained to this company over this faulty sofa and was told by email that parts would be ordered and will be in store on 27/6/2020. I am waiting for the repair man. ScS are selling shoddy goods and ripping people off, left right and centre. Its insane how this is still allowed to go on. If you are reading this please do not buy anything from this company. Also, the reviews on Trustpilot are not genuine. I made the mistake of purchasing sofas and carpets from SCS and my problems started from there. On delivery of the sofas, I noticed that they were way undersized from what was advertised and looked ridiculously small in my living room. I measured the space in my room to make sure the sofas would fit so knew they were the wrong size. I measured the sofas and to my shock, they were way smaller than what they should have been. I contacted SCS about this after finally managing to get through to them by phone and they sent a technician out. He agreed they were the wrong size and said he would pass this on to SCS. SCS didn't get in touch with me so I contacted them, then to my shock, they said the report shows there is nothing wrong with the sofas and they will be doing nothing about it. Then the problems started with the carpets, I purchased what I thought was good quality carpets, underlay and grippers but straight away the carpets were excessively shedding. Obviously carpets shed when first laid but the shedding of this carpet was ridiculous. I thought that this would eventually stop but it just got even worse. The shedding eventually resulted in holes appearing in patches in a lot of different places on the carpet. All you could see was the backing of the carpet, it looked a really bad mess. The carpet that was taken out to be replaced was in better condition than the one SCS fitted. I phoned and emailed SCS so many times but they did nothing, so I phoned Citizens advice. I was advised to write letters stating my consumer rights which I did but SCS still did nothing about the sofas as they said there was nothing wrong with them. They did send a woman out to look at the carpets, she said they had a manufacturing fault and SCS will be back in touch but surprise surprise they never contacted me back. I also sent in photographic evidence to SCS and the finance companies which were Ikano and Creation but they did nothing either. I then decided to make a claim with MONEY CLAIMS ONLINE as why should I pay for faulty and misdescribed goods. I made a claim online which cost me £180.00 and waited for a response from SCS. I must say SCS replied to my claim quickly but still had the cheek to dispute the claim, so I took it further and the courts arranged a free mediation service. A mediation lady phoned me on an arranged day and spoke to me and listened to my case, she then spoke to someone from SCS. After all, this SCS agreed to take away my sofas and cancel the finance. They also agreed to cancel the finance for the carpets and reimburse me for the payments already made. I also stated I wanted my £180 court fee back which SCS didn't mention but I also got that back. SCS also damaged my property delivering the sofas and I got awarded £150 for that also. It has caused me nothing but hassle dealing with this horrible company which is why I have wanted to leave a review so that others don't make the same mistake. Please, if you are in the receipt of faulty or misdescribed goods don't let SCS fob you off and keep your money, do as i did and file a claim against them with Money Claims Online, yes you will have to pay for this service but you WILL get your money back as SCS know they're in the wrong and will fold eventually. They are just hoping that you will go away and give up. SCS are breaking the law by refusing to give refunds for faulty goods and they know this, so file a claim with Money Claims Online and get your money back, it's easy to do, I did it online and i'm so glad i did.

Leather, electric recliner was damaged when delivered. 5 emails and photos no response, from SCS Contacted Revolver - SCS offered to send someone to repair my brand new chair! They have now agreed to send me a new one - in September (it was ordered in January) Trying to contact them or get a response was hard work.

As I was we were ordering a new suit a customer was irate and complaining about their poor service and told to us not shop here, I wish we had listened. Delayed due to covid unavoidable finally got a call with a date but later in the week got a message changing our delivery date so that meant 2 days off work. Delivery arrived with only 1 of the 2 settees,I got in touch with SCS and they said I had been made aware only one sette was coming which was a lie because I wouldn't have accepted half the order. The other sette came a few days later damaged. SCS said a technician would be in touch within 5 days. Still not heard nothing 3 weeks later Will never use them again. Excellent from the delivery staff.AVOID THIS COMPANY

I purchased 2, 3,, couches i paid £1,400 and one of the couches as a lump under neath the leather the other couch is sagging, i only bput them last year, got them delivered on november, they are only 7 months old, my couches i threw out were better than these ones and i had them 20years

Brought A £4000 Electric corner sofa and chair had less that a year and all the foams have collapsed had the technician out and was told this is how they are just received an email from them and they are not willing to do anything absolutely shock customer service and poor quaintly item will not be using again

Ordered some carpet and vinyl flooring in January 2020. Am still waiting for the vinyl to arrive or even be fitted.. This company has no customer service which care about anything they sell or after care service. I would never buy another thing from this terrible company. Please don’t buy anything from here despite being advertised as a great company on there adverts. Don’t be fooled. SCS are a Cr-p company

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They just tell you lie after lie. Their Terms and Conditions are misleading and they just don’t want to give you a refund. The salesmen lie and the Manager lies or ignores the points you make in emails. Do not buy from this company - especially the Aberdeen Branch. Bunch of thieves and conmen. The Trust pilot reviews are completely fake as they tell people to leave a good review before they even get their order and if you do this you are in with a chance of getting your order for free. This is the only chance they have of getting good reviews. Pathetic way to run a business!

Well looking at these reviews I might have dodged a bullet, I tried to purchase a 2000 Pound settee and carpet on finance was told I would get a phonecall to make the arrangements 1 day 2 days 3 days no phonecall contacted them was hurried off the line being told some would ring me that day another 1 day 2 days 3 days and still nothing so SCS can keep it, I've already purchased it elsewhere and was all sorted within 30 mins

We brought our corner sofa lazy boy ordered it November last year had it delivered on the 18th February in April the usb stopped working then the recliners stopped working had a technician round he could not get it apart to check it. When we went to the shop to see what was going on the managers response was so rude I explained I was moving and couldn’t take it apart his response was to sell the sofa with the house, I paid £5000 for it, I complained to the head office finally got a email back but they still haven’t done anything it’s still not working. It’s disgusting the way they treat people

Only just discovered this page. Wish I’d seen it before we purchased our Gplan three piece suite. Cost nearly £3000, purchased Nov 2019. I totally agree that the reviews on Trust Pilot are not genuine, and I’ve looked at the reply’s and I know from experience how insincere they are, asking you to contact them so they can discuss or look into the problem . Did that and they didn’t. Looks good though. We had problems with the suite from week one, sagging, creased. The store didn’t want to know. Customer service sent out a “ technician” who took some photographs, he did not sit on it!!, and said Gplan would want to be involved and to expect a call from them. We heard nothing, when I rang I was told THEY were happy the suite was ok and the case closed!!!! We disagreed and also contacted Gplan, who agreed to contact Scs on our behalf with a view to another inspection. Scs refused and said the case was closed. We contacted CDRL, a dispute resolution provider, who contactEd Scs on our behalf. Unfortunately then came lockdown before Scs replied. Because of the stress this has caused and the fact the Gplan suite is totally uncomfortable and give no support either from the seats or back cushions we have decided to bite the bullet, burn the suite, and make sure that we never go within miles of this money grabbing, uncaring liars every again. Don’t be like us, I hope at least a few people learn from our very expensive mistake of using this store.

This company is an absolute joke. never in my life have i experienced such bad after sales. I purchased a £2500 settee that is falling apart and their delaying tactics and inability to answer simple questions is a disgrace. I have had visits from technicians that are contradicting each others comments, and they then send someone else out. Just look at the ratings on this site if you have second thoughts of making a purchase from these cowboys..

Received dining table December 2019 which is damaged. Still waiting for a replacement. I appreciate we have been on lock down, however Covid-19 arrived well after my dining table. Would not recommend this company.

***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING**** *DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY* SCS WAKEFIELD WILL NOT NAME AND SHAME THE SALESMAN, I SHOULD OF LISTENED TO MY HEART BAD VIBES FROM THE START. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST COMPANY ETHICS EVER, ALL BUILT ON FALSE PROMISES AND HARD CORE SALESMEN & WOMEN WHO ARE EMPLOYED JUST TO THRIVE ON THEIR COMMISSION, NO REAL HONEST OPINION AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER I REPEAT EVER. WAS PROMISED 3 MONTHS DELIVERY BEEN WAITING OVER 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO SIGN OF SOFA, DEMANDED A FULL REFUND ( I PAID OVER 4K CASH ) AFTER MANY LIES AND FALSE PROMISES I FINALLY GOT A CALL SUGGESTING £250 discount due to ths inconvienience, i obvioulsy declined then i was told i still got to wait best part of another 3 months, forget that, I WAS STILL ADAMANT FOR A FULL REFUND. FINALLY AFTER 2 WEEKS I GOT TOLD I COULD NOW HAVEA REFUND, ANOTHER WEEK PASSED AND I GOT MY REFUND. I GAVE SCS THE BENNIFIT OF DOUBT EVEN AFTER READING ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON LINE. BUT WHAT A FOOL I WAS. NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. PLEASE GUYS STAY AWAY THEY ARE A CON COMPANY.

First off I was quoted £1000 for 3 carpets and when man came out to measure it had gone up to £1200. Then when it came to fitting the 3 carpets scs got the bedroom and living room carpets the wrong way round and stair carpet was the wrong colour. Then after numerous phone calls and e-mails which they didn’t respond to they eventually turned up to fit carpets approximately 2 months after we ordered them. The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They told me they hadn’t received any e-mails off me then replied to me with an e-mail they said they hadn’t received. So they are liars aswell. I wouldn’t get a carpet off this place if they were giving them away. Still waiting for some sort of compensation off them but so far offers have been poor we used scs in horwich. Never use these idiots.

Shockingly poor Company ScS is no customer service just take your money and give you badly made furniture and poor quality carpets. I have never come across such a bad company as ScS. I have since learned that the positive reviews on Trustpilot are fakes, manipulated when buying from ScS they say to you leave us a review and you can get all your money back you paid, so customers are leaving positive reviews well before they have even had thier carpets or sofas. This criminal company should be shut down by the goverment to protect future victims.

The worst company I have come across. Paid in full but they didnt deliver and to get a refund they took over 3 weeks! The carpet quality was terrible. I went to a local carpet shop and they were much better!
