Complete rubbish service. I just wasted 25 precious minutes in canary wharf as a hairstylist was trying to sell me some expensive shampoo instead of cutting my hair and said my appointment will be 25 mins longer than usual. She was the one who wasted my time and now she said she needs extra money. I walked out with out a hair cut very disappointed.

Went to Worcester park as a model got my hair done by a young girl called Lotte she had no idea what she was doing was such a terrible hair cut seriously messed up my hair went to rush and they've sorted it and said it was completely uneven I will never be coming back to Sean Hanna very sad but I don't trust no more also the salon was very untidy and dirty

Recently went to Bristol Branch for a scheduled appointment. Had to wait a long time ( at least 40 minutes) to be seen. This happened before. What is the point of making appointments if they cannot be kept within a reason ? Was not offered anything to drink either. The new loyalty scheme is not very rewarding either. It was by far better under the previous scheme where 10% discount applied and 30% on the 6th visit . Very disappointed with this Branch as service has deteriorated over the last few months . I am considering a different salon.

Booked an appointment three weeks in advance for 1.20 pm at your Bristol Salon. On the day of the appointment the stylist went home sick. As I had already left home I agreed to another time of 2.40 with another stylist who was with another client so I was asked to come back at 3.15. At 3.15 I was given a chair and robe and consulted with the stylist, who then returned to her the client she was still working on. At 3.45 I removed the robe and got up and left the salon very disappointed indeed.

I used to love going to the Canary Wharf branch. But recently the service has not been the same standard. - No more calls day before an appointment. - My hairdresser was changed without telling me in advance and new person was quite rough (I was actually afraid to get cut). - The new reward scheme is a joke (£65 paid gives me £0.65 - whereas before I used to get 10% off so £6.50). Seriously thinking about leaving them after being a regular customer for 5+ years!

This was the worst haircut that I have ever had. I begged for it not to look like a helmet but that is what I got - a boring helmet with the fringe cut far too short on one side. I was so disappointed. My previous haircut was done in California, when I was visiting my children, and the style and brilliance of that cut was still clear but also, I had brought in a PHOTO of it when it had just been done, showing exactly what I wanted, but did not get. Then, to top it all, the two who did my shampoo and cut then stood at the counter when I was about to pay, implicitly demanding a tip, making me feel so annoyed ( I thought that a tip is supposed ' to indicate pleasure' and is voluntary) that the tip I gave was grudgingly given. I have always taken the tip I choose to give to the persons involved. I only realised the full horror of my cut after a few days, when I had washed and dried it myself. It is AWFUL

After visiting a different branch this time the Sutton branch (1st Epsom another story!) I was hoping for a better experience... Had my roots coloured this afternoon, was 8 minutes late for my appointment which wasn't an issue for the colourist as she was busy with another client, 20 minutes later she comes over no apology just straight to it, no drink offered either, once she'd finished the application that was the last I saw of her.. Somebody else washed my hair & rough dried as they had no one to style it properly. Not once did the colourist come back and check I was happy with the colour & since I had a disaster in Epsom where they had to re colour my hair twice in the same appointment no apology then either they just blamed my hair for the 2 tone I was left with which I had to point out, I would have expected someone to check I was happy. Your Bristol & Canary Wharf branches seem to receive good reviews but I'm very disappointed in both Epsom & Sutton.

Dreadful service for a lot of money. Took 4 hrs and I was told it would be 2.5 hrs. Their toilet had broken and they asked me to use the packed restaurant's toilet next door when I had a head full of colour and foils and a cape on and it was raining. Stylist was running nearly half an Hr behind and didn't apologise. I was left waiting with just a drinks menu but no drink. I was left reclined at the basins for 25 mins and my neck and back really hurt, I had already explained to the stylist that I suffer from arthritis. Then when I sat up and said something the stylist snapped and said 'well if her neck hurts then just wash the toner off now' he said this INFRONT of me to a junior staff member. I couldn't even have a proper blow dry as I had to go because they took so long. Yet everyone walks around with an air of extreme importance. It seems the stylists come first and not the paying client. Dreadful.

My hair was totally messed up I have avoided hairdresser s for for last few months now. From som3one who went every 2-3 weeks ergh amazing how u can call a hairdresser a ccertain level of exper...........,, in fact I dont even wanna waste my time doing this
