“I have ordered from Secret Garden many times from my home in Maine- delivered to family in Brooklyn. The service is always, polite, friendly, accurate and thorough. The deliveries are always on time requested, and an order email is sent, and a phone call when flowers are delivered. The flower selection is beautiful, varied and they have a variety of prices. I am very happy with this business and will continue to use it when I need flowers for Brooklyn.”

“I sent these flowers as a gift. I selected Secret Garden Rose based on reviews and proximity to the delivery address. There were no issues at all and I am told that the flowers were beautiful. I always prefer to use a recommended florist.”

“I was optomistic that Luke at Secret Garden would handle my order efficiently. Unfortunately because of A series of errors beginning with greeting cards not addressed correctly the two poinsettia plants were not delivered to the proper floors at this facility. One was eventually tracked down and delivered and the second cannot be found. I am sad that the 15 floor did not receive my holiday gift and of course I spent 100 dollars for nothing.”

“On-line photo Delivered to my daughter These look skimpy very skimpy compared to what is pictured in your on line choices. I don’t expect you to do anything. I just want you to see the comparison and tell me I didn’t just spend $151.00 on the larger picture. I’m embarrassed. Linda DeMatteo”

“Actually 1 star is being too gracious. Arrangement never delivered on expected day or the day after. Customer service rep not helpful I was told I could not speak to a supervisor! Nor was he helpful on two f/u calls the following day! I’m shocked to read these glowing reviews from others.”
