“Sedgwick does very great working with me in the area of giving me time to submit documents and information for my claim. I have been having a hard time of late with medical concerns, so it make it hard when there's another issue with my paperwork, it's very frustrating since I'm battling physically and mentally health issues.”

“For the most part if I'm able to get a person on the phone I can get my issue resolved after some runaround but the website is SO BAD. Like so bad that it feels intentional. They make you reset your password every like 3 months then 8/10 times after you find a password that meets their incredibly arbitrary guidelines (cant use the symbol " for example, basic stuff) the website crashes and doesn't tell you whether your password was saved correctly.”
