This company is a JOKE! The website runs you around in circles. Case manager NEVER returns calls and main office number has been disconnected. All the while, I have backed up sewer due to At&t boring through my plumbing lines while laying fiber optics as well as killing my rose bushes and my fresh mulch is Gone.

The practices of this company should be illegal. After reading the 1st 15/20 reviews, With all the bad reviews, why has there been a class action suit??

They stated that my claim was denied because my doctor didn't give them enough information to determine I had a serious enough illness or that I needed days off to get better. They (Sedgewick) sent the forms directly to my doctor. Maybe they forms need to be updated so they can get the information they need to make a fair decision. Im sure the doctor isn't going to supply any information not asked for due to privacy. Is influenza not considered a serious illness? Do you really think people should be going to work with the flu? I asked on the website about my claim why I was denied and when I checked back all communication had disappeared. I was VERY sick and had to worry about whether I was going to have a job or not. PLEASE find a way to improve to actually help people.

Terrible service. They question everything and try to push you back to work way too early. They are doing this to me less than 4 months after major rotator cuff surgery, denying my physical therapy appointments that the doctor prescribed. Also, they were underpaying me even though I was making the state minimum weekly benefit amount! Beware of Nikole in Florida, she is an awful case manager.

I submitted a claim to TRANSDEV NORTH AMERICA. third party SEDGWICK. (DECEMBER 22 2023). never received a notice nor a claim reference. Been trying to contact SEDGWICK. Finally, after a while, I was told that there was no record of my claim. I was injured in an incident that resulted in hospitalization by an employee of TRANSDEV. City attorney / Video (company can proof that - they own it): Neither the company, nor SEDGWICK made any effort to contact me for over 4 months. Insurance.ca.gov. complicated.

These people give the run around. Can’t answer a direct question, it’s just a someone will get back to you. They already made a determination on my claim and never told me, I called a month later to figure out what was going on and they gave some lane excuse of it being a mix up; I signed the forms to get paid out and I don’t get a response to the question I asked which is when it will be paid out, whether it’s through email, the chat or by phone. It’s honestly annoying and tired of waiting.

Could not expect worst service than Sedgwick delivers. They try to act as if there medical review board is better able to determine disability than the treating physician,they will try to frustrate an employee enough to return to work before released from doctor.

Dianne Engle is the worst lies tries to bargain pennies on the dollar on my claim now I will be taking legal action against Sedgwick and her along with the insurance company they are hired by do not give in to there bull***t.

This is the worst company to deal with. They lie and say that they didn't receive your medical information. They never call back. Kelly my case worker is always busy when I call and never calls back. Get a lawyer with this company. It needs to be shut down. They need to be sued by everyone that uses them.

Never able to get anything done. Had to use my own insurance for cancer surgery because they took so long to authorize. The clinics they contract are filthy. I just got a letter today my bloodwork was abnormal with no explanation

If your 22 year old daughter gets diagnosed with cancer and your work uses Sedgwick, have fun with dealing with people that have no idea what they're doing, will bounce you back and forth, will give you wrong information, and won't help at all! probably the worst company I've ever witnessed and won't be around another 5 years because incompetency to this degree won't survive forever

Extremely disappointed with Sedgwick’s service. Despite numerous attempts, they consistently paid me only half of what I’m owed and take weeks to respond. Customer service is a nightmare, spinning you in circles. They ignore emails and messages in their portal, and their staff repeatedly lie about payment statuses. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrible! If you’re seeking new employment, make sure your potential employer is not utilizing this jokers!! Otherwise, if you ever get injured at work, your pay will get jacked, tossed around, delayed and more! They act like they never received anything from the doctor and stop paying you!! Fools!!!! Absolutely pathetic!!

Sedgwick is one the worst companies yet when it comes to customer service and getting an answer along with submitting documents of proof to the World Trade Center injury, sickness claims, they do not have organization, no one seems to know anything about your claim as each and every time you submit paperwork and try to follow up on receipt of such paperwork, it can never be found or someone different in customer service asks to resubmit , it has been three long exhausting threes and I am back at step one because no one at Sedgwick seems to know the functions required to successfully submit documents for claim approval, they are a bunch of lazy, non responsive bunch of idiots that need to be replaced immediately, one ass wipe after another, the Federal Government should seriously look into this face of an operation and throw them all to the gutter, useless organization of paid , unhonest dipshits.

I had eye surgery 3 weeks ago and am now ablw to go back to work. Got a phone call them my claim was denied because "They" received no paperwork from my dr but thwn she also said it was never sent to the dr. I shouldn't have to be worrying about calling and asking about paperwork when im recovering my eye surgery! I will never trust them again. She said she would send it out again but i dont thinm she will. Absolutely bs!! Ive been out of qork for a month and i just find out. So unprofessional!

Bad communication, they claim to have called and followed up but nothing. Can’t get a hold of claims examiner even when you leave voice messages. Will screw you over, my next step is definitely a lawyer
