Seeds didn't even arrive yet. Ordered on April 1st now it's the 28th and still nothing sadly.... I usually get seeds quickly from you guys but this time seems to be snail mail

I had to constantly chase my order status with support because after submitting payment, I received no updates at all for several weeks. After generating 3 unique support cases, someone in support finally told me that some of the seeds I ordered were not actually in stock. I was offered the ability to swap out my original order for similarly valued seeds. After multiple emails with support, I finally reached someone who was willing to help, but it took me nearly a month to get a response as to why my order hadn’t shipped. After about 6 weeks, I finally received a shipping confirmation and then received my order after about 2 months.

I bought $100 worth of seeds. None came up except one, but with her than died after about two days

Terrible experience all around, ordered, everything seemed fine, there was an issue with my address that I reached out to them the day it was supposed to be delivered. No one got back to me for 48 hours. (Why even have a chat box if noone is going to respond) Said "It says delivered" when it was delivered BACK TO THEM after 2 weeks of back and forth with support only replying every day or every other day. Finally they tell me "It appears your package is back at the warehouse. If you repay shipping we will send it out. Will never use this company again, just terrible customer service. Get an actual customer service team with a phone number people can call. The entire thing could have been solved with a 5 minute conversation instead of a 2 week back and forth.

Everything was good until I planted the seeds only three out of 15 sprouted. Then 2 out of that three died within 2 days. Very disappointed with the outcome. I work at a plant nursery and have background in planting seeds had the best dirt purified water is a nice grow light

I wasn't happy with your seeds half of them didn't germinate the others didn't take when put into growing medium I will never buy seeds from you again

Had a delivery issue that was solved. Other than that not to happy most of them did not germinate an the ones that did they budded super early. A major waste of time and money

This was a terrible experience my first order of three seeds got three for free they said the order was delivered and nothing was in the mailbox they sent me another one and five out of those six scenes did not make it past the germination stage. They keep saying I’ll get back to me instead they sent me a review so here it is.

The Jack Herer seeds I received were ridiculously small and obviously immature. The color was also very pale. I didn’t ask for replacement seed’s because I lost too much valuable time and frankly don’t trust the brand now.. If this email were sent much earlier I would have included a picture..

Of $50+ spent, only 1 seed germinated and is doing great. Bought these because I was getting too many male plants, I wanted feminized, but 1 out of 5 germinating is not acceptable to me

Sorry to say but out of 8 seeds only one took wanted to try something new and was not very happy seeds where very small and not healthy. Tried getting a hold of customer service and they sent me a email but when trying to reach back wouldn’t let me just said this page has error. Wish I had a better experience and had better things to say. Will have to try a different company.

Black sugar was a waste of money none germinated and only two of the free northern light auto germinated. At the prices we pay per seed they should all germinate. I am no longer buying seeds thanks
