Only 1 out of the 4 seeds germinated! So far the only thing I’ve heard from Customer service is a terse statement that they receive many fraudulent claims. Not a cozy feeling from this company.

Purchase and delivery was as it should be. However, seeds did not germinate. Therefore, very disappointed. Done, James Barrett

I never received my seeds I got a hold of you folks and they wanted me to do something done at the post office I shouldn't have to do anything I should have got my seeds and never got them very very disappointed

I ordered on 4/20 /2023, but somehow my full address wasn't put down . didn't receive order and didn't realize that the full address wasn't correct. till I didn't receive them. I contacted the USPS they said if the full address was not on there, they would ship it back. I contacted support (Ruth) she told me when they arrived back they would reship it; I had insurance on the order and I made sure the address is correct now, sorry for all the confusion. I sure am waiting for my new seeds. the first order I placed #SSUSA-00060887 .Sincerely Steve Kuechenmeister

Been ordering seeds for 3 years the last three seeds Cali critical mass one didn't pop it was the tiniest seeds every seeds I get there's some type of mutant problem too tiny wrinkly leaves leaves that are not fully developed seems like seeds been a problem with genetics and not fully together so pretty much not happy with seedmans seeds at all plus trying to get a free seed cuz one didn't pop that's taken 2 months now the season's over I got screwed they don't want to help you with the guarantee it's been 2 months and they haven't even helped me

I referred my friend to purchase seeds from Seedsman. None of them germinated. Tried to reach customer service but got stuck in their automated chatbots and was never able to reach a real person. I would never purchase from them again. Additionally when I tried to respond with my order information to get a refund, there is no way to reply. This is all bait and switch.

Ordering was fine shipped quick enough my issue is bought 10 northern light autos 6 either didn't germinate or died with in a day.. bought a 5 pack of the church 3 failed to germinate. So in short less than 50 percent . Won't be ordering again

Did not receive my order said it was shipped and returned to you. Then u wanted more money to ship again but it was not my fault. No item received difficulty getting in touch with anyone on telephone

Did not get my original order. Your website stated it was in stock. It took over 10 days for seedsman to contact me. After I was emailed I changed my order. That same day I emailed seedsman to say I changed my mind and wanted a different cultivar. Seedsman contacted me the next day stated my new order had already shipped. I spent 100 u.s. dollars on genetics I originally did not want. Do a better job of updating your website of availability. After that I researched and found an American company NASC that had great genetics and fast shipping. Your loss is their gain

None of my seeds grew any taller than 3inches. And died.

Not happy at all with these seeds. Received auto-flower seeds when I ordered feminized seeds. Half of them did not germanate and had to deal with getting replacements that took weeks to get and then did not get replacements of what I ordered. Never again will I deal with this place.

I ordered 80$+ and the USPS tracking said it was delivered to my house when it wasn’t so when I contacted seedsman they told me to file a claim with the post office so I did. And I never herd back from USPS or seedsman. Smfh

7 out of 12 seeds popped and I’m not a new grower what is growing looks good but I wish it was 100%

Coupon codes do not work, did not for me any way. Purchased anyway, good germination. Then the comedy show starts. Stay Away!
