First time order was great. No problems and got my stuff quick. On 4/20 I tried to order three different times and every time I went to check out it tripled my price. Not only that but every time I went back to order what I wanted was out of stock. The last time I tried the third I thought it got me and went through. Tried customer service and that sucked. So I will no longer do business with them.

Customer service takes days to respond. Their promise to deliver seeds in under a week failed again this year after promises last year. Been using this company for almost ten years, probably the last time.

8 out of 21 seeds grew to about 2" All died Under timed lighting set up. This is the second set of failures.The seeds was clones.not real seeds. Done ordering seeds from you. Carrie

Terrible, have to jump thru hoops to even pay for your order. Literally the most time consuming payment options and the seeds weren't even good quality. Took a month to deliver and didn't get any type of discounts.

Two out of 9 of my seeds germinated. I've germinated hundreds of seeds successfully the same way. These seeds are bunk. I've made two orders and both were bad. Don't order from here

I ordered about 100 dollars worth of seeds, waited 2 months they never showed in the mail. Not happy at all.

3 of my seeds haven't germinated at all like once before when there was 6 useless seeds. That's why I'm upset twice and will put only 1 star as I'm feeling like I'm throwing money in nowhere.

I bought 20 seeds from this company. It's been over 2 months. However, my products were not delivered. I opened 4 tickets. They haven't solved my problem for 2 months. I didn't get the seeds or my money :( YOU MESS MY WHOLE PROJECT AND MY 1 YEAR PROGRAM. I WILL NEVER SHOPPING AGAIN THIS BRAND. NEVER RECOMMEND.

I never received my order and had to jump through hoops and follow up numerous times to get any kind of resolution. While the delivery was handed off to postal courier, I had to explain many times that as recipients I was not able to make changes even though the address was correct.

I've bought seeds of Mephisto Genetics, and I've putted 4 seeds on soil and no seeds grow.

Well I had problems placing the order. And I contacted customer service asking for guidance. I never received any help? or reply other than the automated response.And I tried again to contact customer service because I have not received my order?It was shipped March 13th I think? In any case , my experience has been not good at all! I 've been at this a while and deal with several other sed sources mostly in Europe! This is the first time I have not received my seeds and or a response from the seed bank regarding my order? I think if you are truly concerned about your customer service you must do much better than this! I am very disappointed! Joseph W Anello

That was my third order. First two time everything was perfect. But this time customs stopped my postage. And I was worrying a lot. I contacted the support service. And was waiting the answer for 3 weeks. Sure I had and insurance of that postage. But I don’t wanna get it again coz it is scary. I lost my money, my safety. And was waiting for reply from u so long. So I’m not satisfied

cali critical mass and Runtz stoned Cowboy. the seeds did not germinate. the other seeds were small and white, some of them. many seeds did not germinate. also, my order number SSUK-00024882 has never reached me. for this reason, this year's shopping was a very bad experience.

Hello, I just placed an order, please make the shipping more discreet. My last 3 orders have not passed through customs. If this does not pass in the cargo you will send, I will not be able to shop from you again.
