“Overall, what keeps me as your customer is the price and variety on your seeds compared to other companies. However, on my last order you notified me that the order had dispatched on 9/5/23. On 9/18/23 is when I finally received the order. Earlier, on the 18th (I had not received my order yet) I had gone to my local post office to check on the status and they said the original package was returned to the sender because the complete address was not listed on the package. Later that day they came in the mail. This caused a longer delay in my receiving the seeds than I had planned.”

Hey - thanks for your detailed review. Its super useful and we appreciate it. We are just improving the way we deliver addresses into the USPS system as they are very particular about it. This will be done by mid next week. Our apologies this caused delays for you but thanks a lot for still giving us 5 stars. Its says a lot.

“Ordering was fairly simple. Can't say I would order again based on the "insurance" ploy, maybe I just fell for it. With the mark up on seeds, naturally, there should be a delivery guarantee without additional mark up. Than being said...Had a Gelato seed germinate in 24hrs... So the seeds are good.”

“So far so good. Popped 4 and all sprouted. All are currently in beginning veg. One auto is a little mutated but that's okay only really have room for 3 anyway.”

“Initially, I had a problem because my Diet Durban seeds did not germinate and I had problems getting connected to customer service. I had to go on Instagram to get some attention. However, I did get through and got a full refund which I used to buy more Diet Durban seeds. It worked out in the end but it was a lot of time spent getting to a resolution. I would buy through Seedsman again. Thanks.”

“Received what I ordered. They have great stock. The only problem was checkout. Every payment method I entered was declined. I gave up and ordered from another vendor. To my surprise, numerous days later. I noticed a transaction on my bank account. I didn’t receive any confirmation of order placed or anything. Only when it was shipped did I receive anything. For that I give 4 stars. Fix this problem and I might order again. I’ve been using the other vendor regularly, with no issues what’s so ever. I have not started any of the Seedman stock. I’ve been using the other vendors seeds just because of transaction issue.”

“Loved the experience overall from website ease and choice to delivery and packaging. Although, my poor black sugar seed never geminated 🙁 I guess that's what I get for ordering one. But my others went from seed to 3 inch seedlings in just under a week, beautiful👍 thanks guys, I'll be back!”

“Very happy with the overall experience. The order was shipped quickly and everything went smoothly. My only complaint is my dos-si-do 33 seeds didn't work out. The seeds were tiny. the smallest seeds I've ever seen. Only one out of five sprouted and it's the tiniest little seedling. I've seen alot of runts in my time but this thing is amazing. I hope it survives to become a banzaii plant.”
