Well when I first came to you I was looking for the White widow strain white with crystals, you were out of stock on them I waited 3 weeks and he's still not received so I ordered the White widow fast, I got my cultivation license after I received the seeds and I got my grow room with the lock on it all set up I germinated the seats and the only thing I can say is I am greatly disappointed out of the 10 white widows only four germinated the other seeds did fairly well especially the OG cheats when I became more disappointed was when I put it in to the soil once the seeds head to tail three seeds sprouted up right away all the rest are dorment, the three that came up came up and had leaves on them and a day and a half it's been almost a week and not any of the other seeds that were germinated sprouted, and on top of all that every time I try to get a hold of customer service for a question or an answer it takes like half a week I think right now with the email I sent them about the seeds it's been 5 days I got an email saying that it was going to take a while for them to answer me back cuz they're busy but that's ridiculous take care of the customers that you've already had

Delivery ok, but a very bad germination quote. I often ordered single seeds before and this would have ended in a disaster here. Normally I maybe lose one seed out of thirty, here it was 30%. Maybe x-rays??

Seedsman shipping is fast on time but there grimmy I ordered from them 2 times my last order total was 276 dollars they charged me 476 I'm never going threw them again

I was quite happy until my last order, which was screwed up because of terrible customer service. At that time, I requested to be removed from your mailing list - which you did not honor. Until you revamp and upgrade your customer service, I will purchase my seeds elsewhere!

I tried germinating seeds with paper towel method. 0 out of 5 germinated. I tried reaching out to some kind of customer support but haven’t heard back. This is my 6th grow and I’m familiar with the germination process. I’ve ordered from other sites and have successfully germinated those seeds before . Some help would have been appreciated.

I have to say, generally your seeds are very good, i've bought quite a few over the years, but this time all but one of your gorilla seeds did their duty (which was better than usual), but not a single one of the northern lights, neither the ones that were purchased, nor the free ones supplied, did what was expected. Very disappointing in that respect. Perhaps there is a larger problem with your northern lights seeds?

They start fine then they just stop growth! Light soil air and germination went fine! Definitely bad seeds! I sent u guys a email

Ordering was easy, delivery took longer than expected, and only one out of the five seeds sprouted. Been doing this a long time not sure I’ll order from here again.

Customer service is poor and slow. Website has a lot of problems. Such as login errors Website bugs when adding thing to cart. Made 4 orders received 3. Account say its being packaged for last 4 weeks. After month of Customer service non since. I get told a tracking number and say it was delivered. What waste time of money with no seeds to show for it. Paid $6.61 on all my orders for insurance. I will make sure to never order from Seedsman website again. 50 50 chance if they will not send your order. And tell you it's your fault and try make you file reports. Even tho Account say that it is with packing team. Keep your 5% off I don't want it..

I received all of my seeds for a pretty good price, and a diverse selection at that. Though, I've tried germinating 4 different seeds in 2 different substrates and none of them sprouted. Such a bummer...

I received my seeds and even an extra pack of free seeds. maybe it was a bad batch or something but out of 15 seeds i have germinated and planted all but 3 and so far i have one plant that even has a chance of producing flower. Pretty much all of the seeds were super tiny and some were cracked. Majority of them sprouted and stayed the same size for weeks and eventually just stopped growing completely and i had not transplanted them, used quality nutrients and top notch germination and grow conditions in controlled environment (grow tent with proper ventilation, humidity, watering schedule, and temperature and lighting. Like i said at the beginning, maybe i just got a bad batch but ill be lucky to get one plant that might produce flower but im not real confident in it either.
