"one of the items on my order was substituted for something else. i had 2 barneys farm items on my order. the barneys farm zkittlez were replaced with seedsman zkittlez"

Only 2 out of 5 germinated. :( I can’t even believe how bad these numbers are especially considering out the 12 previous seeds purchased (different grower&type), 11 germinated. Needless to say 2 out of 5 is a complete let down and I will think before buying from here again..

I had two seeds that didn't sprout. However, the rest of them did sprout

Order didn't ship until I inquired about the delay. After emailing customer service, I was under the impression I would receive some form of compensation for the delay. When my order finally arrived nothing extra was included. I do regular business with other seed banks and have never experienced these issues.

Have not received our order, #SSUSA-00163852, the tracking information said it was sent back to sender, insufficient address. Somehow the house number was on one line and the street on a second line, and for some reason the Post Office couldn't figure it out. We do not know what to do now. I have sent emails and left phone messages, but no response.

i ordered just a couple single packs to check out the company and quality of seed.....now the first order had no issues i proceeded to order a larger order for the second order and something happened and i know it probably wasnt the companys fault but an error has acoured where i was charged the amount for the order but the website didnt put my order in i have emailed the company without it being resolved i have the proof i was charged and what my order was but cant seem to get any answer back....not impressed with customer service

Although i feel like they ask for too much of your personal information my seeds came in a timely manner. I will say i am having trouble with the humboldt dream i orderd 3 seeds so far are duds. Everything else i ordered is fine. Id rather not have to set up an account with your company especially considering how hard it is to log on to that account. Your website is glitchy and un reliable. Ive been trying to log in for an hour but your site seems to have crashed.

first i had to contact them because my order was just sitting in processing for 4 days after i payed. I then noticed they added a Free Item to my order but charged me $2.00 for it. The Customor Service tech. Did not even appologise for the hold up or the money.. Just sent a plain email saying the order has now been moved down the line.

Only one of my Blue Dream seeds of the 3 sprouted and 6 of the skunk #1 out of 10! Small seeds! I was afraid to give them a squeeze as I was afraid they would crush. Pretty unhappy!

Half of my order either didn’t sprout or is on the verge of being dead. I placed them in a controlled environment hydroponic system but strangely half of the plants never sprouted :(

First year we had a great crop. Ever since (2 past years) the seeds did not sprout. Very disappointing. Hoping for better luck this year.

So far I have not received my complete order after almost a month and a half. I was told the Nuggs seeds weren't avaible however I received them twice, can people read. This seems like a very simple request but here I am writing another responce. At this point I would like to get what was ordered and stop any more confusion on your part. Hope this will be resolved very soon.

Last 2 times I ordered only one third of seeds germinated. Disappointed. Other times I ordered most all germinated.
