Hey - we have moved around our promotions a little - and are continuing to review. If you didn't receive free seeds when you should have please contact our customer service team who will be pleased to help you. If you didn't receive free seeds because you didn't buy seeds that were in a free seed promo then we suggest looking at our promo page a little more. We will continually have free seed promos but they are not available on everything. Best Seedsman

I Feel like I was duped or tricked with a misleading advertisement about buying any 3pks and recieve a 3pk. I bought a 3pk and it just rang me out. Confused, I contacted customer support and was basicly told "sucker!!!" you should have paid closer attention to the wording! Well, it's sad that your advertising dept. opted to use a play on words the way they did. The word "PACKS" Would imply multiple packs. Whereas 3pks typically implies packs with 3 seeds in them. Anyways, I never would have made the purchase at that price without receiving free seeds as I can always get free seeds with purchases from most of your competitors. My previous purchase from you was fine as well as the product but after this experience I'll likely not purchase again.😉

Seeds arrived in a very timely manner. Perfectly packaged. However, there has been absolutely no sprouting at all from the day I planted them 17 days ago. I've done everything I'm supposed to do. They are growing indoor and the temperature is kept between 72 degrees and 80 degrees. They get plenty of sunlight and darkness. I'm at a loss and very confused, even more, upset.

I have purchased seeds from Seedsman for several years. I have also purchased only feminized seeds. I purchased 10 Peyote WiFi Feminized Seeds and 10 Galat OG Feminized seeds on 1/12/22. When I planted the seeds about 4 months ago, one of the WiFi seeds was a male. Since I purchased Feminized seeds, I did not recognize the male plant until it had all of the plants. Resulted in all seeds wasted.

I ordered your product because in bold print it said “ Buy any one, three or five pack from any breeder and receive A pack free At check out. Evidently there were small print I never got to order a free pack. I will look harder for the small print next time.

I ordered badazz og cheese and nothing germinated sad for me all 5 seeds my fuel D og only 2 germinated and there stunted......I love the prices

My order was processed and shipped in a timely maner, but when I looked at my order I was short two seeds. I reported this to you and have not heard back. I was charged for a 3 pk of seeds but there was only 1 in the pk. Please send me the two m issing seeds. Thanks...

Order and delivery were a 5 star experience however, the product and customer service follow up so far, is a 2. I paid $28 for a box of Seedman rolling papers and only received a single pack! At first, I thought it was a joke, but I’m still waiting on the issue to be resolved. Please send me the box of papers or otherwise I will be forced to send my rolling papers back for a full $28 refund! Your rolling papers are really good but not worth the current price I’ve paid for a single pack.

Only 4 of 13 seeds survived? Even the 4 are slow growing compared to my friends who purchased seed from another company and planted about the same time

I've dealt with seedsman several times and have had good results each time until this one. I've tried several times to contact the company with no results. I keep getting a message that I will be contacted. I haven't heard from them yet. I ordered 5 blue dream auto seeds and none of them popped/ germinated. I did my usual process of soaking them for 24 hours then putting them in a seed starter soil. No luck.
