green crack seeds that I recieved were processed the same as the other free seeds provided and none of them sprouted

We received some very small seeds to begin. And only 3 sprouted out of our order. Very disappointed.

I only got one female out of 10 seeds that I paid a lot of money for I'm not a very happy camper at all I was told this company was good place to order seeds beginning to think there's nowhere for good seeds

Huge amount of seeds and breeders to close from but so far I’m waiting for my seeds more than 3 weeks. Support answered within 4 business days, but all they could do is contact the shipping company. Answer pending. The order was ready for delivery in 2 business days. So I hope the problems with the shipping company get resolved, otherwise I have to order elsewhere in the future.

Unfortunately, I never received my order. It got lost and I had to reorder. It finally shipped today. Just wonder if the second attempt will be successful. It my first time doing this, ever!

I ordered some photoperiod and auto's and none of the photoperoiods germinated....all the auto's were good though....

The order arrived promptly. However, I only received 3 scenes. 2 of them sprouted one of them died, so I'm left with 1 scene for $52.

customer service stinks. Couldnt get the cart to load freebies. tech /support took 3 days. sale and promo code was already over by the time they responded. Will use a different one next year. 3rd year in a row with issues.

Thank you so much for your review. I am sorry to hear you had issues with our website. They do happen but it is very infrequent. You can normally get around any issue by changing browser. We also understand your frustration with slow customer service responses - we have had a lot of tickets after a surge in orders. First time customer, 2 out of the six seeds I got were duds. Looked on the website to see if I could have them replaced but it said I should buy more incase this happens. I just wish they mentioned this before the purchase so I would have known and planned accordingly. One was white widow and I got if free, but the other was Pinneaple OG and costed $17 for one seed. Last year I grew clones from a local dispensary, so I wanted to try this route since I have a year of experience under my belt. I'll see how it goes and probably bye two clones to make up for the loss

Seeds arrived quickly but only half of them actually sprouted so turned into very expensive plants now.

Expensive seeds that are shipped in little plastic bags and padded envelopes. USPS uses machinery that squeezes all mail. Wondering if seeds are cracked? Most companies use hard plastic containers and put date stamp on packaging.

The free seeds did ok but the 5 I bought didn't sprout at all. I have 3 plants from the free 3 seeds, but I would of rather had my 5 from G13 premum seeds work.

ordered the black sugar... germ rates were low. shipping was good & much better than the wait with customs from europe -as it was in the past. given pricing & germ rates for this btach of seeds, ill buy my seed direct from a different company.
