Ordering was fine it’s been a couple weeks and still have not received my seeds have reached out twice to their company have not heard anything back.

I placed an order on August 1st and received a tracking number August 3rd. It is now August 18th and I still only have a tracking number in pre-shipment status. I placed two orders that day but cancelled one and the customer service experience was great with that until I was just told there is no access to the payment system from the time of my order so I'll need to provide ACH details or store credit. I'd be okay with store credit if I felt like I would receive my other order to begin with. I enjoyed seeing the selection options the site offers, there is a massive variety and a great filter tool to help narrow the results.

Hard to order and extras never came. Placed ticket with concerns but never got response won't order again every time I try to ch someone i get error message saying page not found so far only 2 out of 5 ss sprouted.

I purchased five seeds and I was given three free seeds, two of the Fricis and never germinated and two of the five that I purchased never germinated so we're about 50% not too happy with it very poor looking seeds I know it doesn't really matter but I guess in this case a few of them did so now I have to decide I am get a few more seeds my son is that on which ones I want to try not sure if I will go back through y'all or not still haven't decided

I placed an order July 14 th , Today is August 17th and I still haven't received 3/4 of my order . The email I was sent yesterday stating my order was being shipped only showed the least expensive product I ordered. The 10 pack of Caramel Cream auto Fem wasn't included. My card was over charged too . I'm sad about the service I received.

Order July 14th didn't receive until August 12. When asked for refund you team ran me in circles. Didn't receive the free Northern lights auto. Very unpleasant

My 1st experience has been a nightmare. I still have not received a refund for missing seeds. It has been well over a month. Out of the 15 seeds I did receive oy 6 were viable. I have grown a lot and this is not my 1st time. Not sure if I will ever order again. Losing 9 seeds and only 6 making it for what I paid, is not good. Also getting assistance is a night mare. No way to actually talk to someone. Can't chat bc it sends you to creat a ticket and Waite. Thi gs need to change a lot.

Out of all the auto seeds I bought only 2 germinated and one was Chinese cabbage i have pics of them . I was very disappointed that I was deceived.

My order tool over a wk to arrive and no one e returned my emails, nor did I receive a phone reply, I had heard good things about seedsman, I was also supposed to get a Fast bud pk for free and never received it! Not a great experience a excited new grower, think I will try another seed company for my next grow!

Slow response to customer service, You pay for a 24 hour service that ends up arriving in 8 days, Oh and the seeds I got a grand total of 0 Germinated.

Website easy, had seedsman rewards/bonuses added to cart that didn’t ship and half of my seeds didn’t germinate with two different methods. What did is healthy though

Received seeds all Went well , not happy with seeds thou , not had problems before with germinating , had a few seeds off you , 1 seed is growing now , but not that big? Other seeds I’ve been trying to germinate and not having much success with them , not sure what’s wrong with these seeds?? But not happy , so I’ve ordered some new seeds off Royal queens today, as don’t want to be wasting money on seeds that aren’t germinating for me , don’t like doing reviews that are negative, as not had problems before with your seeds , so going to try else where

First the damaged/lost shipment, got some free goodies than,.. But than some seeds didnt germinate, not the free ones,.. some of the frebies were sprouting inside of the package, dont have patient to go all over with,..

Took 3 attempts to finally get an order to go through. The "free" rolling papers are charged to you for $1.25. I didn't want them, and I can't use free papers for $1.25. Had 3 out of 5 not germinate. Then the emails began. They must not read the messages because I was asked twice for info that was attached. All-in-all, less than an acceptable effort from Seedsman. I quit trying to get help once I spotted the dreaded Asterisk * in their policy. "We'll sell and ship you seeds, but if germination and growing is prohibited where you live, thanks for the money, but you are persona no grata. I had great luck from Royal Queen.

Ordered was lost in the mail for 10 days. Said it had been delivered but it hadn't been. Post office said I had to wait 30 days before filing a complaint. Ten days later it shows up. Seedsman didn't really respond. I sent text and they answered but it was like talking to a machine...never act like they read my text. The seeds never germinated. I didnt waste my time trying to correspond.......just chalking it up as a loss.

I'm very disappointed in the quality of your seeds. Out of 8 seeds I started, 3 are growing. 1 plant is doing good while the other 2 are not growing.

The buying experience was ok but the growth failed. They took 4 day to germanite, grew to 2 inches tall but never grew any roots after 10 days dead. I have been growing auto flowers for 3 years and have never experienced this kind of failure. The free seed are doing fine but I didn't want to grow regular seeds. I only want auto flower. I don't want to waste anymore time with you. order SSUSA-00075693
