Firstly, the collection of the item didn't take place on the day it should. When we enquired why, we were told it was because the postcode had been typed incorrectly, with a hyphen and a space so it had been rejected because they didn't recognise it! No one contacted us regarding this, so if we hadn't phoned, they would just ignore it! Surely with technology as it is today, they could have set up a better system for it to default back to us to re check?? Phoned customer services, very happy with their helpfulness, sorted it for next day collection! Item arrived with us with a damaged on/off switch, driver not interested, so we've replaced ourselves to save any bother....don't think we'd use again!!

Husband just had major surgery and had to assist the driver to unload and carry into the heavy furniture into the front garden.

RE Consignment number SAP009130 An utter shambles! .... I initially gave the wrong post code but 5 minuets on I realised my mistake and both phoned your company and sent an e-mail via your automated reply system, I informed the lady what I had done and she assured me that the correct post code has been noted and it will be passed on to the relevant department. This obviously didn't happen as when I was contacted by yourselves and informed that my delivery would be with me by 3.0pm but in fact it didn't turn up until more like 4.00pm! the driver informed me that he was late due to being given the wrong post code! ....the one that I had CORRECTED THREE TIMES the previous day! ..... when the driver eventually found me and began to unload my item he informed me that it was packed BEHIND some other goods so therefore could not unload my parcel until he went off and dropped off those first! "I'll be back in two hours"! GREAT! ....so not only have I patiently waited all day for nothing now I have to wait until at least 6.00pm! ...he came back with my engine at 6.30pm! this meant that I have now had to work until 10.00pm to have my race car ready for tomorrows race event! I find it hard to believe that a "professional" company can be run in this manner in this day and age of high efficiency and high business competition! I can only call it a complete shambles and would suggest that the very least that you can do is refund my £80.00! I await your prompt reply! Kind regards M. Bird PS. I asked by mail 'twice' when the delivering would be done in Birchington .... AM or PM. Two times they aswered (Rachel) me when the collection will be done in Wallasey (???) After I asked where the pallet will be stored over night so maybe we could collect the pallet from there the morning early and so our lorry wouldn't lose many time as we export to Belgium .... NO answer anymore. This was a collection organised by the seller. We shipping over 5 pallets a week trough to the UK with Palletways so I think we will continue with them. As the recipient of the order which, as I write, has not yet been delivered added to which the tracking shows that the consignment has not yet been processed as of 7th May: delivery is due on the 9th and I believe it was collected on the 5th!! I can only assume that the request for feedback has been sent to me in error and should have gone tot he sender.

i am sending a parcel today (monday collection), but i wanted to change the delivery address, i have used the contact page to change it on friday twice and today at 9.00 monday and had no conformation back as yet. very poor!!!!

To many involved in a simple procedure, I booked a pallet at £12 to be delivered to be loaded before collection, the second party courier came to collect the pallet, so they dropped off a broken pallet which was not the size I paid and ordered. I don't blame the carrier as it seems that who you pay farm it out down the line and it all get lost along the way. So they did return the £12 to me which I am grateful, but I will not use them again, as I will us a local firm.

Drive arrived to collect and he complained that it wasn't on a pallet, he didn't have any wrap, that it was too heavy, that it was the wrong size, etc etc. The gentleman from whom the item was being picked up was very patient indeed given how rude the driver was. In short, for what ever reason, the drive simply didn't want to take the item. Through Sendapallet, we had paid extra for Mitchell's to provide pallet and wrap/secure the item themselves, the full dimensions and weight were given when booking the courier. The instructions on the job note stated all this and that a tail lift would be required because the item was heavy. So, after lots of complaints, phone calls and wasted time, we rescheduled for the following day and there were no further problems. The item was placed on it's side, tied it down to the supplied pallet and it was wrapped. The item arrived early next morning in good shape and there was a helpful and friendly driver who kindly helped lift the item into the house. What all the problem was with the first drive is anyone's guess? I'm now wary of using Sendapallet again.

The delivery took 10 days from being picked up to actually reach me. During this time I had no contact from the company to give me an expected day and time for delivery. On the day that the package arrived, the driver called me 5 minutes before he turned up at the house. More communication would have been appreciated.

I have not had the pleasure of interacting with this company. I am waiting (again) for the vehicle to arrive. I have had no confirmation that it (the load) will be collected this afternoon. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Also, it was not I that made the booking, it was made by "Mike" who had bought my pony cart from a web-site.
