“Long delays in sending, especially over a weekend. I was told each transaction is manually reviewed. The mail updates are useless because there is no transaction number to tie all the communications to each other. There is one number one you create a transfer, then you get a confirmation with another number, then the pick up number is different from the other two, and the message does not even include the name of the recipient.”
