“I have an urgent question.....I have send 20Euro to a friend in Ghana. The report i received through a text indicate that EUR343.06 was withdrawn from my account. I am in dire need to know what is going on......”

“It wasn't instant as promised yet it's very urgent for us. If there's need for verification why don't you ask us to do it in the same time as the transaction. If its that way it will speed up the transfer as promised”

Our apologies for the late reply on this, Pinky. The verification process will be determined after the transaction has been initiated. Most of the time, when sending a high amount or when the transaction is too frequent and you have reached the threshold in a month, additional documents are required.
