“¡Excelente! Tenía mis dudas al principio, ya que encontré varios feedbacks negativos (un 34% en su momento) y a pesar de que mi primer intento de envió de dinero fue fallido (se quedó cargando infinitamente luego de proceder con el pago (sé que repararan ese bug 😉)) en el segundo intento si lo logre y demoro no más de 10 horas (A una tarjeta AIS), lo cual me parece perfecto si tenemos en cuenta el plazo que mencionan de 48 horas, lo que quiere decir que se demoro casi 1/5 del tiempo máximo. Ah… y me llego la notificación a mi correo tan pronto como la transferencia fue procesada y a mi beneficiario cuando le llego el dinero. Así que… aquí están mis 5 estrellas para uds.”

“Today I want to send 978 usd to Philippines which is 50,592.43 php. When I convert to Euros that is 873.36 converted to php is 50,636.50. When I go to SendValu I send 868.649 my recipient gets 48,486.53 php. You are charging me 13.27 Euros for credit card fees for a debit card coming directly out of my account. What all is wrong with this picture? You are charging me 2,200 php for blue sky? And 13.27 Euros to take dollars from my bank as a credit card fee when it is not a credit card. 2.69 Euros for a trans action fee above that, no problem if that was the only fee but you are charging me 55 or 60$ above that? This does not seem right to me.”

Dear james Elmer, sendvalu only charges the fees shown in the calculator at the moment you end your transaction and accept the terms. Any extra charge must be verified with your own card issuer. They may have been charging extra amount for international transactions or for any other reason. Kindly contact them.

“Relativ preiswerte und recht zügige überweisungen nach kuba. Solche gewährt sendvalu. Dies ist meine erfahrung. Richtig schätzen gelernt habe ich sendvalu letztes jahr, als sendvalu in einem zeitraum von einigen monaten keine überweisungen nach kuba durchgeführt hatte und ich somit auf andere dienstleister zurück greifen muste. Wie gesagt:sendvalu arbeitet relativ preiswert und zügig. In der regel erhalten die leute das geld noch an dem tag, an dem ich es über sendvalu überweise.”
