“I did over 25 transactions with SendValu, It works great but On 4th May, 2019, my last transfer has stuck in processing till now the 7th May, 2019. I sent out couple of messages to your support yet no reply. I demand to know what went wrong and when will the transfer be pay to the recipient ? I have no idea why you guys choose not to respond to my messages. I have never experienced this before until my last transfer still my Status says Processing since the 4th of May. My transaction ID# change to 3f619b68-b37b-4608-a2a5-6dffbbf290b7. SendValu, You guys says you can be trusted with our money. I wonder why if you guys can’t delivery transfer on time should let your customer know the reason and when to expect payout to the recipient. Please Help.”

“Works well and appears to be safe. One Little disappointment; it seem to me that since you call yourself "swiss money transer" that you could charge the transfer in Swissfranks as well and not only in Euro. This would avoid that I have to loos twice the exchange charge. Kind regards Raymond”

“¡Excelente! Tenía mis dudas al principio, ya que encontré varios feedbacks negativos (un 34% en su momento) y a pesar de que mi primer intento de envió de dinero fue fallido (se quedó cargando infinitamente luego de proceder con el pago (sé que repararan ese bug 😉)) en el segundo intento si lo logre y demoro no más de 10 horas (A una tarjeta AIS), lo cual me parece perfecto si tenemos en cuenta el plazo que mencionan de 48 horas, lo que quiere decir que se demoro casi 1/5 del tiempo máximo. Ah… y me llego la notificación a mi correo tan pronto como la transferencia fue procesada y a mi beneficiario cuando le llego el dinero. Así que… aquí están mis 5 estrellas para uds.”
