“My transfers have been great up till now - right now I have 2 transfers that have been paid out and the recipient notified of confirmation but the money has not been deposited as yet - rather disappointed in this - am hoping to hear from Sendvalu about the situation”

“I really would like to understand the way you process things... Sometimes we get 5 or 6 numbers for the Reference#...WHY?????????????????????????? I have been using this Website for 3 years maybe? I am now getting a problem with not getting my 13 numbers for a Reference#There has been 2 and 3 days delay getting all of my numbers as I send off the funds! There is a VERIFICATION, PROCESSING, and AVAILABLE...Why do they need verification on my sending? I have sent out over 500 times>>>>>. Also, Why haven't I been given any discount on all of this money you have received from me in the past 3 years?”

Depending on the distributor you have chosen for your transactions, it will give you 10 digits or more for the payout code/reference number.
