“All of my Senior trips have been enjoyable. The three outstanding trips were Sicily, Cornwall - Devon and the Channel Islands.
The group leaders are knowledgeable and helpful.
I appreciate the way the trips are structured, with meals and tips included.

“We have been on two Senior Discovery tours, one to the Maritimes the other to Quebec. We enjoyed both tours very much. They were well organized, we saw/participatd in many sights and activities. The tour guides were great—personable, helpful and fun. The busses were always clean and we felt very confident that the driver would get us to the next destination safely. Accommodation and meals were very good, with the exception of the motel we were to stay at in Charlottetown. The motel was old, not clean, not near any amenities, nowhere to go for a walk, we have nothing positive to say about the Charlottetown accommodation. It was so bad that our tour director changed our accommodation to a Quality Inn which was worse. As I said all other accommodations were very good.”

“I took the East Coast tour. The flights were well organized and check in with the tour guide was smooth. I think I would prefer longer stays at central hotels.with tours from there . As a senior it is not easy to be constantly re packing suitcases and having them out by a door at an early hour. Catered meals were generally good. Hotels and inns were usually excellent and centrally located to the towns or cities. The tour guide was very sensitive to our needs and well acquainted with the area. Most places we were given sufficient time to view sites where we stopped. If the opportunity arises again I would take another tour with you.”
“I was on the Sicily tour that left on March 3, 2020 and was very pleased with the quick action Senior's took to get us back to Canada when Italy shut down. Having a manager with us has impressed me on all 3 tours I have done with Senior's and I would certainly travel with Senior's again.
I am however, NOT IMPRESSED with the followup afterwards. I received a phone call about a week after we returned saying that I would receive paperwork via mail that would assist with claiming some refund of hotels, meals and tours that were cancelled in Sicily. To date nothing had arrived. In early April I received an email note via our tour manager that our group was next in line to have this sorted out and to date have heard NOTHING.”
“My husband and I recently travelled to Costa Rica with Senior and were pleased with our experience especially with Blair Strocher and the local tour guide and bus driver. However there was a number, majority, of elder travellers who were not in great walking shape. I would like to mention that it would be helpful if there was a way for the travel agent to gently suggest a different tour when my age or physical capabilities don’t match the group. “We went on the Spain and Portugal trip in February and beginning of march and it was amazing . This was our first trip with seniors , highly recommended by my sister who has done 6 trips . Our tour guide Marcello and his lovely wife Kerstin were wonderful and made our trip extra special . We met some wonderful people and were very impressed with the quality of the hotels and saw sights on our tour that we would never had the chance to see on our own . We are now hooked and can not wait for our next adventure with Discovery tours !!”
