“I did the Newfoundland trip last year, the first hotel stay was different to most enjoyed it very much and I did the walk around the lake. We got to see a couple of icebergs and really enjoyed wine tasting at Twillingate, Auk Island Winery (have ordered three times since my return) unique wines. St Johns is an amazing city I enjoyed walking around it.
I look forward to doing the Railroads and Waterways of Britain (+ 1 week for relatives) next spring when travel returns to normal”

“Excellent organization before and during the tour. The tour guides are organized and like to keep events on schedule, which I like. Notes posted in the hotel lobby are useful. Most tour guides are accommodating and helpful to resolve an issue. An issue always happen and is part of the fun. On one trip, the tour guide assigned an alternate and then accompanied the sick person to the hospital. I thought that was pretty good. If you don't mind travelling by bus it is fun. The descriptions of each tour on the web site need more detail for better logistic understanding.”
