“Effortless ordering system, delivered on time by courteous driver. The flowers were for my Mother's birthday so I did not see them personally due to distance we live apart but my Mother described them as "really lovely" and also commented that it was a good job they included a vase as she had nothing suitable to put them in.”

“Great site with a wide choice to choose from at an affordable price and FREE DELIVERY ,,,,, was nice to spend a bit more on the flowers for a friend who is poorly rather than cutting back to pay the delivery. She loved them.”

“Delighted with the service and although I haven't seen the flowers that were delivered 2 days ago on my behalf, the service was amazing. I was particularly impressed with the emails that advised me when the flowers were on route and then again to let me know they had been delivered, but worded in such a delightful and professional way. I would add that I was on the receiving end of a bouquet from Serenata flowers in early January and was so very pleased with my lovely flowers! Thank you so much!”
