“I bought 3 bouquets of expensive flowers and they arrived DEAD. Congratulations to the photograph though who does a professional job at making those flowers look stunning though... Many people like me fell for it!!!! £107 was a lot of money spent to Serenata for dead flowers!!!”

CANNOT FIND A WORKING CONTACT NUMBER ANYWHERE; (THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE COMPANY ITSELF), AND NOT ONE RESPOND TO LITERALLY WEEKS OF EMAIL REQUESTS. DO NOT SPEND YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY WITH SERENATA FLOWERS. U WILL REGRET IT, UNFORTUNATELY. CRUSHED AND WITHERED FLOWERS SQUEEZED INTO A VERY SMALL BOX. “Ordered online from Hungary for a Sunday delivery near Heathrow for a friend's birthday. Flowers were excellent and arrived on time. I received an email mid-morning telling me the flowers were on their way, and a second email two hours later informing me the flowers had been delivered: two minutes before I got an SMS from the recipient thanking me for the flowers. Not the first time I've used them and won't be the last.”
