“The flowers were beautiful my partner loved them😍 communication and updates were amazing but negatively the courier left the parcel outside my house without ringing the buzzer confirming my parcel was delivered that is very unprofessional. Again if it was stolen!”

“I order 2 bunches only needed one couldn't cancel 1 bunch after 15minutes of ordering! To late the order had gone to the production team!! Then one bunch was send to the correct address the second to another address in the same village!! Not happy with this service or company feel like I've been robbed.. Then to my horror I was shown the second bunch!! So dissapointed I could have got a nicer bunch from tescos for £10. Please don't use this company you'll only be ripped off. Also the email replies were ultimated and no telephone to speak to anyone”

“Ordered on Sunday the 19th of April arrived on Tuesday 21st April - The Recipient was absolutely belated I chose "Changing Seasons" they arrived in Bud Form & have just today started to Bloom Photo Taken Earlier, Well Worth the £29.99 the Recipient declared they are the Best Flowers they've ever received! I do see quite a few bad reviews so I thought it only fair to leave my Experience, I will definitely order again. Many Thanks Serenata Flowers!”

“I can't fault this company. They're wonderful to deal with. Great prices (usually some very good offers), easy website to use. A choice of extra gifts and cards. Constant prompt updating re order status. Very fast free delivery (last bouquet delivered by courier because of lockdown) and the recipients are always delighted. The last reported that the flowers (Spring Time) were stunning and that the bouquet filled 2 vases. Friendly delivery confirmation notification. My go-to flower delivery company.”

“As we are coronavirus housebound I tried to buy a bouquet for our 59th Anniversary, on line.......nothing suitable or willing to deliver promptly other than weedy dried flowe...Fortunately I stumbled on Serenata from whom I ordered "changing seasons".....glad I did !!. Excellent quality and delivered as promised ( with chocolates and a a card).......my wife was delighted, as am I.”

“I have ordered flowers 3 times for different reasons : sympathy, condolences for a miscarriage and Thank you. Each person was delighted with the flowers they received 2 of them said "they are beautiful" All three were received the day after ordered. On this basis I shall definitely use Serenata again for future occasions.”

“Ordered same day delivery birthday flowers to my wifes office yesterday in Edinburgh. Never arrived. No apology, no explanation, they dont do telephone contact so you cannot speak with a human! Cold atrocious heartless excuse for customer service. The polar opposite of what sending flowers to a loved one should be about. The Amazon of florists. I’d never use them again. Appalling company JOHN FULTON”

“I have been using serenata for years and been on both ends of sending and receiving and I honestly cannot recommend them enough! The flowers are always beautifully presented and the box intact which allows the flowers to be lush and full upon opening. I would 100% recommend them (and have done several times) for anyone looking to send flowers, even if they are last minute!”
