“Hi the tracking information indicates there have been 2 attempts at delivery but I have not been in - is there a way they can leave it in a safe place or if I can collect from a depot? Thanks Jill”

“These guy's were the only people that could get spare parts for my bike, as the item i was after was very obscure in the UK. Their prices are are very reasonable as well. It took about 10 days or so to receive the order which is also very good and a follow up email shortly after to make sure that i received the order. I would most definitely use Bicycle Hero again for future purchases.”

“The Naborsa bicycle leather bike seat bag I ordered came in a timely manner and actually exceeded my expectations for quality. It is is somewhat expensive but in my experience nicer items especially leather ones tend to run on the pricey side. The bag is perfect to stick under one's seat and carry a few tools or other sundry items. The magnetic closure snaps are an excellent idea. “The order was shipped faster than the time promised and the product is awesome! Three sets of lenses, a soft cloth cover, and a hard case came along with my glasses. I have a smaller sized face and these fit very well- bonus that the color is very flattering! I would buy from bicyclehero.com again and recommend them to friends!”
