“I was Greeted by Matthew as I entered the showroom, and straight away was able to show me the latest model I was after. I was also shown the extra packages for keeping my car’s new paint protected and Gap insurance. In all making the transition to my new car very pleasant”

“The Service was faultless, from the moment we walked into the showroom, right through to picking up the car. I must mention Alan Copeland at the Durham branch, who was polite, understanding, knowledgeable, throughout. Even the aftercare, he gave us a call and video, to see if everything was ok. This is my tenth Mazda and the last few have all been dealt with , by Alan. Deserves some sort of recognition I think the company.”

“Excellent sales department and salesman. Can only fault I could say is the exterior and interior was not as clean as I would have expected. It was a wet day on collection but there was mud on the cills before we drove it away to get some fuel.”

“Staff at the Durham dealership are friendly & courteous without being pushy. Buying & taking delivery of my car was a pleasant experience with after sales service 'to-date' being excellent. Only minor criticism is that on-site parking facilities are congested.”

“I had previously bought (a month earlier) a new car from Petch in Richmond. My work circumstances changed and I needed a second car. “I would strongly recommend using S G Petch (Richmond) for the purchase of a used car. From the initial visit I was treated with respect and with the knowledge that my contact was fully conversant with the cars for sale and the procedure for purchase - initially I had only a couple of cars to review and waited for a short while to see just what vehicles were likely to come on the market. The purchase was smooth and I had a personalised number plate which needed to be transferred all of which was plain sailing. I am now the own of the chosen car and I am confident that I will receive any further support from the sales and garage staff as I have been a customer for well over 12 years and have been fully satisfied with the service I have received from S G Petch and Kia.”
