“I would strongly recommend using S G Petch (Richmond) for the purchase of a used car. From the initial visit I was treated with respect and with the knowledge that my contact was fully conversant with the cars for sale and the procedure for purchase - initially I had only a couple of cars to review and waited for a short while to see just what vehicles were likely to come on the market. The purchase was smooth and I had a personalised number plate which needed to be transferred all of which was plain sailing. I am now the own of the chosen car and I am confident that I will receive any further support from the sales and garage staff as I have been a customer for well over 12 years and have been fully satisfied with the service I have received from S G Petch and Kia.”

“As always it was a pleasure even under traumatic circumstances to buy a car from you.Anthony and Andrew were very sympathetic even offering the loan of a car when mine was delayed.My lovely 208 GTS Prestige was written off after an encounter with a boy racer!!. I was disappointed that they are no longer in production.If they ever come back I will be first in line.The team at Darlington are fantastic”

“This purchase of a SEAT Tarraco was our second purchase from SGPetch in 2.5 years . The first was a SEAT Ateca. We have been very impressed and happy with all our dealings with SGPetch, both from Matthew Newell in sales and Heather in service ( before her Darren Borland ? Also excellent) . Matthew is an excellent ambassador for your company and he conducts himself in such a professional manner that we are sure that we will return in future for further purchases . Both Matthew and Heather make us feel like we are more than just a customer, they’ve cultivated a very friendly relationship with us , demonstrating professional care for our customer satisfaction .
