“Love my Hyundai I20 Automatic bought in September, It had a scratch on the right Passengers side door, Christian the sales man assured us this would be done ,after many calls and visits to our house & Garage, trying to put this right, the scratch is still visible, we are now in December , word of warning Don't take your car of the forecourt until all the checks have been made and any jobs fixed,”

“I was highly impressed with the professionalism and speed with which SGPetch were able to supply me with a new motability vehicle. After visiting several dealers, none of whom could guarantee me a vehicle of the type I wanted before Christmas I went to S G Petch. From the start Rob Costello was both courteous and efficient also he showed excellent knowledge of the vehicles on offer. To my delight Rob informed me that there were two vehicles which could be ready to go within 4 days, all I had to do was choose which colour. True to his word I picked up my new Quashqai 4 days after my initial contact with Rob. Two weeks in I am very happy with the car and over the moon to be mobile again. Many thanks to Rob Costello and the rest of the staff.”

“Generally the purchase went ok but there were one or two points worth mentioning. The salesman had told us it was a 5 speed auto gearbox but it's a 4 speed, as there wasn't a parcel shelf in the car when we looked at it he told us they don't normally come with them (Mmm) but the Petch advert photos showed that car with a shelf and it was provided. On handover he volunteered to tell DVLA online that out part ex car was out of our ownership but all he did was to SORN the car with them. Not sure of his motives for that one. Fortunately I had taken a copy of the necessary slip on the V5a and we did it ourselves when we got home. That said the car is lovely and we are very pleased with it and so far going very well.”

“Proactive and genuinely interested in selling their vehicles. reworked the numbers (quickly and without unnecessary delay) for me several times to compete with rivals and ultimately presented the best deal. The team at York were a pleasure to deal with and were ready and waiting each time we booked an appointment with them. The above may sound fairly straightforward but others dealerships such as Mercedes Leeds certainly can't manage this...”
