“I loved that there were no typical used car salesmen here! George was friendly and informative and very patient when neither my husband or I knew how to drive an automatic! Wayne in the business team worked very hard to organise financing despite our circumstances being a little bit unusual. Loving my Kia Sportage but will definitely go back when it needs changing.”

“I was disappointed with the service provided by SG Petch at both the Middlesbrough and Darlington sites. We were recommended by a friend however we did not receive a very good service. We did purchase a vehicle however, this was because we had finally made a decision on what we wanted. This was not due to the staff service.”

It was nice to know that if my salesman said he would phone with information, then he did, such a nice change nowadays! “I was Greeted by Matthew as I entered the showroom, and straight away was able to show me the latest model I was after. I was also shown the extra packages for keeping my car’s new paint protected and Gap insurance. In all making the transition to my new car very pleasant”

“The Service was faultless, from the moment we walked into the showroom, right through to picking up the car. I must mention Alan Copeland at the Durham branch, who was polite, understanding, knowledgeable, throughout. Even the aftercare, he gave us a call and video, to see if everything was ok. This is my tenth Mazda and the last few have all been dealt with , by Alan. Deserves some sort of recognition I think the company.”

“Excellent sales department and salesman. Can only fault I could say is the exterior and interior was not as clean as I would have expected. It was a wet day on collection but there was mud on the cills before we drove it away to get some fuel.”

“I had previously bought (a month earlier) a new car from Petch in Richmond. My work circumstances changed and I needed a second car. I went back to Joe at Richmond who listened to my needs and identified a great second hand option. Once again, excellent service, transparent finance options and no hard sell.
